We did our homework - contacted seven different companies and got quotes from five of them. Wayne and Bryan both showed up to do the initial inspection and provide a quote, Wayne then took the time to talk us through the entire quote, all the details, explained why he believed we needed to add additional venting to both the attic and add to the garage roof, and was very candid about the shingle selection. We ended up going with the mid-range IKO selection as it seemed best bang for the buck.They also kindly added a safety hook to our roof as I have had some issues with heights getting up on the roof in the past to inspect it yearly and do some odd repairs here and there when we had some flipped/missing shingles. This will make coming down off the roof with a safety rope much easier in the future and I will feel much less nervous about being up there myself.As far as pricing - they included everything (unlike 2 of the other quotes) and ended up being the 2nd least expensive of the five quotes we got. The meeting they had with us prior to us selecting Braymar was the primary reason we went with them and we are sure glad we did - great experience. The removal of the old shingles and installation of the new vents and shingles went smoothly, on time and was finished quickly and professionally. They took the time to clean up and use a magnet to pickup any roofing nails that might have fallen from roof during the installation process.The fact that they are a local Sherwood Park business was a big bonus - one of the things we have been trying to do is support our local businesses in these tough times.We highly recommend Braymar for your roof replacement or repairs needs.

We've had a great experience with Wayne and his crew. They replaced an aging skylight and re-roofed a portion of our house all in less than a full day! The crew arrived when expected, did all the work cleanly and quickly and took care of some minor damage to our gate without any argument. I'm having them back to replace another leaky skylight and Wayne came over to tarp it the same day I reached out to him. Awesome company and I highly recommend them.

We found Braymar roofing after doing quite a bit of research. Our 20 year old wood shingle roof was needing replacement and we checked out a few companies before deciding to go with Braymar. We found Wayne very straightforward about the quote and product that was recommended. While every other individual tried to sell their service, Wayne educated us on the pros and cons of various products. His crew was hardworking and fast and efficient. We now have a beautiful roof and we are happy with the work Braymar crew did.

We knew that our cedar shakes were in need of replacing as they were originally installed in 1989. We started researching roofing companies early this summer. We did our research and got a few quotes including one from Braymar. I'm honestly glad that we found Braymar online, and after reading all of the positive reviews, decided to reach out for them to provide a quote. Although we chatted over email at first, Wayne personally delivered the quote and spent time explaining every detail in the quote and even made some recommendations that I was not even thinking about. He highly recommended the Malarkey products and knowing that Braymar was a certified installer made our decision to go with their Legacy shingle an easy one. With many color options, we weren't certain on what to go with. Wayne quickly solved that for us by giving us a few addresses of some of his past work so that we could see the shingles on actual houses. The shingles were delivered on time and Wayne even prepped the driveway with plywood so that when the garbage bin was dropped off, it would not damage our exposed aggregate. On installation day, Wayne, his son Brad and the crew arrived early and began to work. They worked full days and did a thorough clean at the end of each day. On the final day, they did a deep clean around the yard including hand picking everything out of the eaves. They were a very professional crew and worked extremely well together. Braymar's professionalism, attention to detail and how personal Wayne and the crew were make writing this review so easy for me. If you’re reading this, and looking to re-roof your home, definitely do your research and then call Wayne! You will not be disappointed!

Wayne and Brad were able to accommodate repairing our fascia which blew off with the wind in such a short notice. They even checked the rest of our fascia for a very reasonable price.
