Hindsight is always 20/20 vision. I was matched up with Dr. Bolaji here and came into the process skeptical as I have gone to other counsellors in the past that I didn’t mind but I feel still were not giving me what I needed. I’m glad I bit the bullet of my anxieties and doubts and was open to her. She always has a warm, welcoming and encouraging presence and is willing to give as much as you give to her. If you take the time to open up your issues, she won’t fix them for you, but give you what you need to get through.She has been the first person to ask me some of enlightening questions and I feel valued as a person and not just a client. She was the first one to really ask me what my goals are in seeing someone for help. She has incredible insights and perspectives and I’m glad that I was able to not only get myself out of a dark place, but feel equipped with tools to help myself when I can’t see her. She is an asset to this world and I highly recommend her.

The support I received from Dr. Bolaji was warm and thoughtful. She listens with attentiveness and shares new ways to see through challenges. She understood me and could provide an educational and personal perspective during our sessions. I felt safe sharing my personal experiences and would leave each session enlightened and lighter. I have been holding onto secrets for years (longer in some cases). With Bolaji's help I have finally let go and am better for it. Dr. Bolaji is a very unbiased, caring, and flexible counsellor. I did a few sessions to navigate some changes in my personal life, and felt it was a great fit. I never felt judged - it was always a very open and encouraging line of communication. The homework after each session really allowed for a lot of self-reflection and digging deeper. Highly recommend.

They offer great counselling service to people of all ages! Ms. Bolaji is an incredible counsellor. She is very motivating and understanding. She made me feel safe and comfortable to open up about the challenges I'm facing. Overall, great service!
