Awesome place to buy a fireplace. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and really took their time to make sure we chose the correct fireplace for our space. We went in wanting something different and because of their knowledge, ended up with something we never would have thought to buy. We absolutely love our new fireplace and have recommended Vaglio to family and friends.

I bought a fireplace here 6 years ago. The service was great then, and so was the installation. They even came back to touch up a couple things, after the initial install.Fast forward 6 years and my regency stove is still cooking, and looking great. But the seal on the door was no longer tight. One email to the team at Vaglio and they sent me instructions on how to tighten the seal and everything is working brand new!It's great to see a company stand behind the products and service they provide. Even after 6 years :)

I recently purchased a STUV 30 compact from Vaglio and although it took a long time to arrive, I am delighted with my new fireplace. The installation was done very professionally with an excellent crew. I would not hesitate to recommend Vaglio. I believe that they are honest and professional.

When we started selecting a new fireplace and reconfiguring our entertainment system, we quickly learned how complex the implementation would be. Once we found the fireplace we wanted (a Regency city series), Chris at Vaglio was very helpful in identifying the structural requirements and constraints for our new fireplace wall. He and his team were a great help to our contractors to ensure that the implementation was done properly and to code. They helped us make some minor adjustments to the fireplace interior configuration.Now that our project is completed, we’re thrilled with the end result. Kudos to Chris and team for their expertise and willingness to help.

We checked out a couple of gas fireplace installers and these were the folks we chose as they were very helpful and friendly.Our job was converting a wood burning fireplace to gas, where an insert wouldn't fit. They helped us plan the installation and worked with our contractor so each part of the job was done as needed and in a reasonable time frame.In the end the fireplace looks great and we are pleased with the results.Thanks!

I’m completely happy with my Stuv 6 wood burning fireplace insert. I received great advice from Angus at Vaglio picking out the right product for my home. The installation was well coordinated with another project so the scaffolding could be used for both. That flexibility saved me money. The installers were professional, neat and efficient.I highly recommend this business. (My neighbour recommended them to me - he’s happy too.)

There's a reason Vaglio has been in business for many years. Everything about buying a gas insert from this shop was first rate. Their recommendation as to the insert size (despite my skepticism) proved to be bang on. When I needed some masonry modified, they recommended first-rate tradesmen who were a pleasure to work with. The insert and chimney installers were quiet and efficient and their cleanup was complete. I was so pleased at the performance of my Regency insert that I ordered another for my second fireplace.Highly recommended.
