Hugo Pacific Commercial Centre

We have occupied shared space with Hugo Pacific Commercial Centre since 2009. They are always professional and responsive to our requests. Throughout the years they have had no issue accommodating our space requirements as our company expanded. We have always maintained a great internet connection and have had very few technical issues and none that were not dealt with immediately. I would recommend Hugo Pacific Commercial Centre to anyone looking for shared office space in the Markham area, it is in a great location and offers a wonderful view from the 10th floor.

I became a tenant 3 years ago when I started a new business. I was unsure of things and anxious but they were incredibly supportive and helpful in every way. There is a large boardroom and spacious, professional offices with nice amenities like photocopy/fax machines, kitchenettes with filtered water and a recently upgraded telephone system. The value is excellent given its central location in the expanding business district of Markham. I highly recommend this office to any business whether new or established. I got to know other tenants who have been there many more years and they have long term plans to remain where they are. One of the best decisions I made for my business was to make this its home.

Hugo Pacific has been a great place for me to do business. Its location is ideal; an immediately recognized location -- Warden and Highway 7 -- and easy access to Highway 407 and other Markham amenities.Located in an upscale building, many of my clients have remarked on the professional surrounding. The receptionist was very rude! We were talking to her and she didn't bother even to look at us. Very sad experience, I don't get why companies out people like that at the receotuon.
