So upsetting! So frustrating! I would NOT recommend ordering online or by phone from them.We ordered and placed what we wanted by 5:00pm. By 6:25, still no food. We called. They said the driver wasn’t able to find our address. We give it to them AND our phone number. They said the driver would leave within 5 minutes. We were 10 minutes away from the restaurant. 7:00pm, STILL nothing. Called back, understandably upset, and they proceed to tell us the driver said we were not in the delivery “zone”!!!!?!!!! Seriously!!!? And you don’t think of calling back?! So the person on the phone said he would bring our order for free in 25 minutes. We have a 15 month old, including ourselves , who have been waiting to eat! Free or not I wouldn’t even trust them with our food!So aggravating! Be warned.P. S. When we called at 6:25pm, when I informed the person we’d been waiting an hour and a half and he told me the driver would be leaving, he then hung up on me... so disrespectful and unprofessional!

They do not follow instructions on the delivery app. Ordered 2 sandwiches and requested them to be extra heated ( toasted) I got them ice cold bread..legit regular white pita that has not been passed on any sort of heat.Delivery time was 7 minutes so had they actually heated them not even extra.. just a normal heating my sandwiches would have been hot.First time and last time order.. a restaurant that does not respect their customers requests are just a bunch of lazy unprofessionals that do not fit in the Job.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

got an order of just chicken and rice from uber eats and suffered from the worst food poisoning ive ever had in my life.. stay away.. and learn about cross contamination, bacterial issues and wash ur hands bcuz u guys dont know what your doing...

I ordered a chicken plate, the bad smell of the chicken did not allow me to eat the lunch. Either the chicken was not washed before cooking or there was food left over.

I have ordered two plates of Chiken - I have received them with no chicken and received two more Charmaws instead. I used to order a lot and this is the very last time I am going to order

The food is good but they don't follow uber instructions. I asked them to replace my garlic sauce with hummus for 2 plates, never happened, I asked for a diet dr pepper (and specifically added a note saying that they can replace it with any diet drink if they dont have dr pepper) and they still gave me a regular full sugar drink.
