Penny is exceptionally good at massage and I will continue to go to her. She listens to what I want and provides an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience! Planted Wellness has a lovely atmosphere - the front area has water fountain, plants, soothing decor. The Massage rooms are perfectly lit, comfortable, calming & relaxing! 5 stars!

Kara is an exceptional massage therapist and an all round good soul. She is easy to talk to, and exceptional at her craft. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I feel comfortable going to see her, and have no doubt that she will help with my muscle issues. I saw her for the first time when my regular massage therapist was fully booked, and have been going ever since. A down-to-earth, caring, local girl building her own business in her own place. We need more of this in Grande Prairie! You will not be sad about checking out Planted Wellness Co., I guarantee it.

My physiotherapist suggested that I get myofascial release and Kara is able to offer that service as well as cupping. After my massage with cupping and myofascial release, I feel great!! Kara is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Planted Wellness Co and I will be back soon!!

Kara is absolutely amazing! My wife and I both go to her I have been going to her for a few years now and with this latest covid shutdown I saw her for the first time in a long time. I immediately noticed a night and day difference in my back pain. Best stop for recovery check her out!

Ceilidh is an amazing Massage Therapist. She explained everything so well and really got into the trouble zones/trigger points. I left feeling so much better. So thankful to have found such a great Massage Therapist in Grande Prairie!The studio itself is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.
