Had 3 kitchen knives sharpened, dropped then off at 1pm and was able to pick them up by 4. Only cost me 6 bucks and the knives are as good as new. Was very impressed. Will definitely be a return customer.

Had them sharpen ice auger blades and they did not cut. Ends up they were cut wrong. Beware!

We took in some Japanese kitchen knives for them to sharpen and the knives came back sluggish and mis-sharpened. If you value your knives, find someplace else to go.

Blue Line sharpening lacks the expertise to sharpen different types of knives. I brought a Westhoff Grand Prix 8-inch chef's knife to them and they ruined the blade. The method they use is good for straight blades but not a forged blade. They totally redefined the blade and ground Away part of the bolster. Feel free to take straight blade knives there but do not bring forged kitchen knives there as they do not have the expertise to properly sharpen those knives. When I tried to talk about this with the lady at the counter she seemed very disinterested in what I thought and only apologized and hoped that I went away.
