I've waited years to be able to be in a position to buy this knife. Zero regret. Knife is literally perfect and now all other knifes suck in comparison. The knife is so good, it's a gift and a curse. I'm glad to finally own one but now I'm sad that I can never go back to regular knives.

I love the knife as I am a Canadian and this is a Canadian company. Unfortunately the customer service or experience for that matter is down right terrible. I have sent emails asking questions about my Norseman I bought over a year ago and never get a response back... For the experience I have had with this company. You are much better to spending USD $900 + else where, as for you buying one, the lack of customer relations does not justify the knife.

I bought number 5514 from them in November.The knife has not yet arrived and in December when I have contacted them they have told me that I am impatient.To this day I have neither the knife nor the money.They just lie and delete my Instagram comments.It seems that they only accept good comments.John lied that he was going to pay me back on December 11th.Give me back the money!

I've owned several of their pieces and they are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is nothing short of fantastic and they support their customers if they need any level of assistance. Not to mention both the rask and the norseman are a home run that I can rely on. And I appreciate how local they are to me.

SLOW SHIPPING! 15 days later and I still haven’t Received my 8 oz order. Contacted grimsmo and they told me to check with the post office and that they couldn’t help me at all. NOT IMPRESSED. THESE GUYS DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOHT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I will be buying elsewhere from now on. Plenty of cnc knife makers to choose from, no need to support those that don’t support their customers.
