Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. While on vacation in NS, (and thousands of kilometers away from my usual repair shop) my VW diesel needed service. Kraftwerx got me in early in the morning, making sure I didn't miss a day of my vacation. The price for service was as good as my usual place back home. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All-in-all, a great experience. HIGHLY recommended if you are in the Halifax area!

My first trip there was to have the car re-calibrated as it wasn’t recognizing a newly installed throttlebody. They did the recalibration and found some other issues and did not charge me for the initial scan. I went back the following week and the car seem to be doing fine. I was told that they would test drive the car and give it a good check over and if it was working fine to take it home and if it started acting up again to bring it back. They weren’t going to charge me for the initial scan, but I wanted to include it because they were very helpful and could have conducted an extensive check of the wiring, which would have cost me quite a bit more money. Honest, friendly knowledgeable, staff, who won’t overcharge or do unnecessary work.

Took my car in to change tires and to look why my heater wasn't working. 1 of the tires where flat when I drove off the lot and the next day there is something wrong with the coolant. They claim neither is there falt but that fact is they didn't care enough to make sure it was ready to drive when they where done. As far as mechanics go I left with more problems than I arrived. I will never take a vehicle there againAnd to there reply. You had to fill the tires, and never bothered to check if it held air or not. You assumed they where fine instead of checking. And as much as you say you didn't do anything to the coolant system, it was working until it reached your shop, and a mechanic that let you leave with more problems with your car then what you showed up with isn't a good sign.They offered no help after we called back and told them we are having problems with the car they just had. just blaming us instead of taking any sort of responsibility.I've never had a shop let me leave when it wasn't ready to go except with you guys.

It's not very often you find the kind of mechanic that only dreams are made of. I have taken my Q5 there now 3 times for some serious problems like worn bearings, electrical problems and just the kind of repairs that scare the hell out of me. This guy is so honest and caring I don't understand why he always charges me way less than I expect. I have had countless mechanics mostly in Ontario. This guy is the real deal and I originally went here instead of Audi because of the reviews. Best decision I've ever made. If you have a VW or Audi take it to Kraftwerx and do not be scared. Thanks you guys!!!

I think this place deserves more than 5 stars. Been taking my car here for for several years and they've always done top quality work. They're a bit more expensive than other shops, but definitely less than the dealer. However, the quality of work that they do is more than worth it, and has definitely saved me a ton of money in the long run.According to my buddy (who refuses to let anyone else touch his VW), the two business partners who own the place used to be a Master Mechanic and Service Manager at Hillcrest VW. Both of which were apparently highly awarded and esteemed during that time. It's obvious that their high standards have followed through here

After using them for 2 years with no issues, I have been told they can't work on my cars anymore(both BMW's) as they are now VW only.Used them to have new tires fitted to freshly painted wheels, and while picking them up, one was dropped on its face, hidden and thrown into the car without any hesitation. I heard the noise when it dropped, and they were still shocked when I asked how the damage had happened. The final kick in teeth was the $20 refund they offered me for the damage done to the wheel. Will definitely not be using/recommending them to anyone again

Best garage to service your Aud. Brought my S4 there couple times. The service was always professional and amazing. Fair prices and really care about your vehicle. Highly recommend for any Audi needs.

If need oil change/tire change make sure you have 3 hours to wait. I HAD first appointment of day at 8am, So I waited for my car thinking it would take an hour or so,We'll 2 and a half hours later suv comes out (tires full of grease) I asked the guy working at the desk why is it taking so long He said that's normal time.lol..(pretty sure they slid another customerin) never again not to mention $285 for oil change and changing of tires.

I’ve been coming here since I bought my VW about a year ago and I can tell you, this is the most honest, informative and knowledgeable group of mechanics I’ve ever worked with! Everyone is super friendly and I never feel like I’m being ripped off- great work at a great value.
