Staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Did not pressure us in making a decision right away. Showed us what type of mattress would be the best for us. Definitely going back to purchase our new mattress set.

Initial review after purchase. We don't have the mattress yet as it has to be shipped in. We want to the Brick first and were not happy with the experience at all so upon recommendation from a friend we went here. Amazing customer service. He was very knowledgable and straight forward. The warranty sounds good. I read reviews of bad warranty experiences but he was upfront saying the initial 90 day warranty it still needs to be in new condition so w bought a mattress protector. Would shop there again, prices are good, service is good, and it is local.

Mark was super helpful and friendly, we told him our budget and what kind of feel we were after and he simply tried to find us the best mattress for us, never tried to upsell or push us into something more expensive etc. We're very happy with our new mattresses and bed frame! Also I should add that he delivered the bed frame himself after what had to have been over a 12hr day for him and was just a chipper and friendly as always. Great store with a fantastic team and quality affordable product, much better experience than the bigger" guys

Had a great experience here buying a replacement for a twin mattress. Awesome customer service, clear answers, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Quick delivery, and took the old one away for free. Would recommend!

I have known Mark for years and can’t say enough about How This Guy Knows his Stuff! He will take the time to explain all the different factors you want to consider when buying a mattress and will show you options ins your price range - whatever that will be. He will order in something if you need it, bring to your you and take away your old beds if you want. Even if you think you know you want to buy from somewhere else go see him first, he won’t pressure you but you’ll be glad you consulted with him.

Was in the market for a mattress for my girlfriend, and based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews online about Wiseguys I figured we'd make it our first stop. Needless to say it was our only stop. The reviews don't lie. This place is hands down the best mattress shopping experience you will find anywhere. If you know of a better place or experience, I'd like to hear it but I doubt it exists.They show you around, make sure you find whats comfortable for you and don't try to upsell at all. The prices are reasonable, tax is included in the price, and delivery was free. They even offered to take the old one. We dealt with Mark, he was great.After purchasing the mattress set in store, they had it delivered 2 days later last Friday. The ability to do this on short notice was amazing. And what really got me was the fact that the box spring was actually broken, 2 slates were busted under it. Stopped in on the weekend to ask about it, and Mark came over to the condo with a brand new box spring to replace it himself. If that's not service I don't know what is.This place is worth every penny.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted to purchase. The lady who helped me was very helpful and informative. I felt that she wasn't being dishonest in anything she was telling me, which is the opposite of what I had experienced at other mattress stores in Saskatoon. I really liked that the price you saw on the mattress was the final price. Taxes were already included, and no additional hidden fees. Delivery was fast (they offered same day!) and the delivery guys were professional and careful. If you feel like the other mattress places are pushy salesmen who are trying to rip you off just to make a sale, then try Wiseguys. My experience was excellent

Visited Wiseguys after shopping around at several big name stores. Not only did we find the perfect mattress for us at a fair price, the customer service was excellent as well.They advertise all of their prices tax in. What you see is what you pay, no surprises. Their in store policies on exchange and warranty ensure you will not be unsatisfied with your purchase. Finally I have found a business that actually appreciates and respects their customers. I'm going to be bragging about my experience for a long time.
