I needed a 5/16 wrench, because the one in my wrench set was misplaced. That was near the end of September. They said they didn't have one in stock so they had to order one. Today is November 15th, and I still haven't heard from them. Wow. Over a month and a half just to wait for a wrench. A WRENCH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Needless to say, I can't wait that long, so I went to Canadian Tire to replace my missing wrench. I am really curious to see why it takes so long to order a wrench.
