Had a smooth experience with this company...the rep helped me figure out how far along I was and they told me which clinic to go to to get my blood taken...very helpful!

This lab will not give you access to your results if the other party paid for the test and will not share that information with you until after the fact. I submitted my swab and filled out the information regarding a password to have my results released to me and when I called in they would not share my own results with me. Not having access to your own DNA results and having to rely on the other party is wrong.Edit after Lab response:Someone has to pay for the service though, don’t they? My test was mailed to me at my home address, it was done in my name and submitted by me. At no point did I agree to sell my DNA that is the problem here. The paperwork and test I was sent also didn’t include this key piece of information, in fact, it listed information on how to go about receiving my results. At the end of the day you practice bad business, Elizabeth, and when you’re dealing with a literal piece of someone you should do better.

This lab provides great customer service. They answer the phones and all your questions you may have very quickly. We are so happy we found this DNA lab and are overall very happy with the prenatal service and our results. Thank you.

The Lab literally saved my life! Recommend with confidence to everybody! I had second thoughts about my ex girlfriend fidelity. Thus, I asked my friend to recommend a place for infidelity testing. He suggested this place because he has done a paternity test there. The lady on the phone was very nice in explaining all the process. I payed the fee and sent them my girlfriend’s forensic sample. The results came positive, meaning that there was male DNA on her underwear. It could not be my DNA since I was away for a work trip during that period. I was shocked. She admitted that she was cheating on me after showing her the results. Anyway, the lab has the best of the best costumer service. I have never seen such a professional and knowledgeable team before.
