stopped at the drive thru I believe on the way home from the airport. It would be nice if just once in a while that the tea you ordered is tea and not coffee, we were on the road before I decided to open mine, as it is usually too hot to drink right away, and once again it wasn't what I had ordered. This was the first time at this Tim's but it has happened many times at others closer to home.YOU EITHER DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING OR YOU JUST THINK YOUR SERVICE IS WONDERFUL REGARDLESS OF MISTAKES MADE AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOWS, YOU DID NOT MEET THE MARK. As I stated I do not open my drink right away and when I did I had ordered a cup of tea as I had just gotten out of hospital and traveled from Ontario by plane and thought it might help settle my stomach. Well Come to find out when I opened it , it wasn't tea like I had asked for it was coffee which certainly would not settle my stomach at all. This has happened on many occasions and I am just a little fed up with it and than to see your reply to my review was pathetic. If that is what you call meeting the mark than you have a lot to learn. I think I will stick to the Keurig Machine we have and just keep buying the pods and that way we know what we get. It's a bit pathetic when you can't take responsibility for your mistakes.This is Cathy DeGruchy writing to you not John, he would be kind enough to let things go I am just fed up with the service at all Tim Horton's it's like they'll drive away and what are they going to do come all the way back. I don't think so.

My iced coffee was great. My sandwich wasn't hot. Not sure if that a trend up here in NS ? It's still Timmy's.

The only thing to complain about is that it's a little awkward to figure out the Tim Hortons versus Wendy's drive through lines here... That aside, service was great! We rolled up to the pickup window and they noticed our dog in the back and offered her a timbit (this had never happened to us before and we've driven across Canada with our doggo in the back of the Jeep). Friendly, helpful and efficient, couldn't ask for more.

A big turn around with staff, so it seems there is always someone new learning the ropes. Staff are very friendly and helpful.If you are in a hurry, don't go through the drive through. I have sat in the drive through for 15 minutes when the line wasn't even that busy.

Loved this Tim Hortons, Sitting area in it and outside is fabulous!With the Wendy's joint venture, even better. I always love tea after Wendy's burger, and it's just dream come true kind of, haha.Well, Service is fast, and on the side of highway, it is junction type for relaxation it, Loved it!

The lady in the drive through doesn't change her gloves and she will touch cash and then put her hands right on top of the mouthpieces of the lids to close them. Not happy with their lack ofhand hygiene!!

Well every second time i order simply sausage with bacon and cheese and the bisket double toasted it's wrong.

I only went in to use the washroom. There was a Wendy's inside and well. Bright and spacious dining room. Tim's is always Tim's wherever you go. The only difference is the service. I want served because I did not, in fact, order anything. Well there you have it, a useless review I may say. Maybe the next time I go, I'll order something.
