Thank you to Top-Roof and Exteriors for your work replacing the roof on our ~2000 square foot home. We’re confident that we’ll get many years of life out of the new IKO roof. In the office, both Jasmine and Kristi were very helpful and considerate when dealing with scheduling and in sourcing the right product for our needs in the colour that we wanted. We appreciated the extra effort that went into providing us with estimates that allowed us to make final decisions among several options and to get the job underway. The IKO delivery of the roofing products was seamless and, a few days later, we were very pleased with the way Drake and his crew removed the old shingles and installed the new. They kept to their promised schedule and left the job site cleaner than when they began. We were pleasantly surprised that the installation took only two days. Thanks Top Roof!

We had our asphalt roof shingles replaced by Top Roof & Exteriors last May 23, 2022. Choosing the company was pretty easy with Vincent answering all our queries as well as working within our budget. The project was done on time and the workmanship was perfect, thanks to the hardworking and jolly crew. I would definitely recommend Top Roof & Exteriors for the same project and am giving them 5 stars for a job well done!

I had to replace my roof due to hail damage. After doing my research and considering options from other roofing companies, Top Roof & Exteriors was the company of my choice. I had peace of mind knowing my roof would fit all needed requirements and wouldn't have to be inspected by a third party, as they are an established member of AARA. The people at Top Roof clearly explained details giving me full comfort in the process. I was provided with a variety of options for materials and given helpful advice. I settled on hail resistant shingles and couldn't be happier.Job well done, quickly and professionally as well as reasonably priced.

These guys are hands down the best team to work with. Kristi made me feel like I mattered and not just her but the guys doing the work (thank you Martin!) everyone has been great! Thanks for making my hectic life a little less stressful.

Top Roof did a fantastic job on our hail damage repairs. They helped us through the damage assessment and dealing with our insurance company. They completed a full roof replacement, siding and gutter install. Good price, high quality work, were easy to contact and completed the scope of work exactly as quoted. I'll definitely use Top Roof again.

We were privileged to have a three person team come replace our house and garage roofing in ONE day! There was clear communication before, during and after the installation. While they worked, they cleaned up. They left our property clean and our house has never looked better! I highly recommend the team at Top Roof!

Top Roof were excellent to deal with (especially Jasmine who answered my millions of emails!), professional, and completed our roof and siding in record time. There was a slight issue with our doorbell and gate replacements when the work was completed but it was resolved in a timely manner (I would have given 5 stars without that issue). Overall a great company, I would highly recommend!

The complete work was performed accordingly to the contract agreed with Top Roof & Exteriors Inc .They performed a very good job and the price was the best among six companies which submitted their proposal for the new roofing of my house !!
