Okay but slow service

Great customer service!

Wouldn't rent me a truck cause the last one I rented was impounded

Poor customer service and over charged! Would not recommend renting a U-Haul from them.

Had scheduled an 8:30am pick up. Arrived for 8:30, waited there until 9. No one showed for the pick up.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. My family reserved a truck 3 weeks ago. We had a representative from your company call us today a day BEFORE the move date to let us know we actually cannot pickup the truck at the requested location and have to drive 1.5 hours away to pickup our truck in Cambridge instead. Too add insult to injury they wanted to change our pickup time from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We have a 1 year old son and we are new parents that have been planning this move for weeks with our family and friends to help. How is this a way to run a business? How can a family with a young child plan to move with U-Haul anymore when there is ZERO guarantee of your pickup time or pickup location? What is the point of reservations with this company? The representative on the phone denied my request to speak to their manager and showed ZERO compassion for the situation they caused. I run a business myself and the way we were treated is disgusting. I will be continuing to post negative reviews on any social media platforms available to me I want this to be shown so this cannot happen to other young struggling families. Would post a negative star if I could.

Why do I have to haul? Why cant U haul?
