After checking all the reviews I didn't want to work with them. Unfortunately I had to in order to experience. I think all the reviews are right. Please skip this company at all cost.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, i had no luck reaching anyone for months after my roof claim was opened even when my kitchen ceiling started leaking after we had a really bad rainstorm, i emailed , texted , called and left voicemails with no response. I contacted my adjusters (Chantel revak)'s manager and was promised updates and calls back but that never happened. This was going for months with me calling and emailing multiple times during the day at times. Finally I got fed up and emailed the senior vice president of claims pro and low and behold i got a response the same day from both chantel and her manager and everytime after that i got a response very quickly and my case was handled the way it should have been from the start . For anyone reading this and not knowing what to do anymore i recommend contacting the senior VPs. I am absolutely appalled by the level of service they provide, if i could give less stars i would , i honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

Too bad there is not a way of rating less than one star. I have now had 2 experiences with Claims Pro and they have both been horrible. I do not usually leave reviews with companies, good or bad, but Claims Pro and its customers need to hear how horrible their service is. They don't pick up the phone, answer emails or give any way of properly contacting them. They were supposed to reimburse me for a portion of the claim that I had paid out of pocket but endlessly dodged my phone calls. Never mind how rude they were when you were able to get a hold of them.

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy, i ended up changing my insurance company because of my adjuster, she ignored all my phone calls, then i got someone else emailing me, didn't know how is my adjuster any more. what waste time.

My experience with an adjuster from ClaimsPro is absolutely horrible. I made an liability claim against a company that did the waterline replacement on our street. Long story short, as a result of their work, two of my houses on that street got water damage in the basement. I well documented the incidents with photos, videos, and written explanations. An adjuster from ClaimPro is hired to investigate this case. I called the adjuster about every two weeks to get an update. The adjuster never called me once to ask me questions, even when the decision was made. I had to call him to find it out. It took him 4 months to finally complete the investigation, and the results was the company that did the work is not liable. When I tried to ask questions about how the investigation was conducted, he avoided answering my questions. He asked me many questions over the phone, and I answered each of his questions. When I tried to ask him a question or even in the middle of responding to his questions, he kept interrupting me and diverting the topic. At the end, he blamed me for not listening. Just yesterday, I want to confirm with him that if the decision made is final because if so, I will contact our local newspaper office and CBC news to report this unjust investigation. He then started to ask me lots of questions. After a while, I told him I have to end the conversation as I have a meeting to attend shortly, and he wouldn’t let me go and kept asking questions. I told him I would call him back later and answer all his questions. He replied, “ oh, really, you don’t have the time, and you have to go now, right, right,” then he hang up on me. When I called him back later to try to answer his questions, he said he had no more questions for me. He said he will reinvestigate the case and contact me once it is completed. When I tried to ask him questions, he hang up on me, and did not pick up my calls since. I then emailed him that I will make a complaint to his supervisor the next day. While searching up his company online, I saw this comment section. I feel I should share my experience, so others can make an more informed decision on whether or not to work with this company. I understand that I should not overgeneralize one adjuster to the entire company, but doesn’t he represent the company?

I would never recommend this company to nobody. They ignore your phone calls/emails until you get your insurance company on board and even then they’ll try to have all kinds of excuses for not responding to your emails.If they ever get to handle a claim for you make sure that you will only communicate in writing so that they can’t come up with all kinds of excuses at the end for ignoring you.

In my heart I knew how horrible this company was after dealing with a couple of shisters from the Winnipeg office. But it's worse than I ever imagined. For now this is all I can say, but I will uodate this report when the time is right. They will be staying at one star, but a far more daming review is eventually coming.
