Rude and unhelpful employees.Girlfriend called in asking about a specific item and was told they had it in stock. We drive out there to pick it up, and they tell her the item is not in stock, and then rudely say that whoever it was that she called wasn't them. We double checked the number. It was, they were wrong. As she's speaking to them trying to figure out what's going on, I wander ten feet away and find the exact item they say they don't have, not only in stock, but well within their eyeline.Useless people.On a positive note, their young cashier in training was far more polite and helpful than the supposedly more experienced employees working in their 'Materials' area.

Never too crowded, good products, skilled staff. More of a reno store than general hardware, but carries bbqs, gardening stuff, etc, as well. Easy location with lots of parking

Great products at good prices but the customer service is terrible. I was very interested in a shower cubicle they had on display, ready to buy it right on the spot. I asked the nearest employee if they had any in stock. He told me to talk to Martin, who was about 2m distance away. When I could finally drag Martin from his chat with a colleague, he told me to go to the next desk, some 20m away. This desk was empty, with no-one in sight.So that's $800 I won't be spending at BMR....
