In the first thirty minutes of them working on my street, they cut the internet cable going to my property. By the end of the day, at least ten other houses on the road lost cable or internet due to the ineptitude of this company. Received two different stories from two Rankin employees. One employee said they would call Cogeco to report the cut line. The second employee said they weren't allowed to contact Cogeco to report the line they severed. They also left garbage on my property after finishing the day's work. This looks poorly on Rankin and the City of Welland, who hired them.

I work for this company and also have worked for many other construction companies and over all i have found rankin to treat there employees with respect and fairness when it comes to all aspects of what makes a construction company a good one. They are very family oriented and also put a lot back into the community. When they build something they care about the eco system and keeping a balance … i find they give back Which is hard to find also they teach there staff to become hard working gentlemen. Cheers to the staff of rankin.

Doing road work on my street and after being behind and not cutting it after a month of work then decide to cut my internet without any notice at all and then leave me hanging for 4 days withoutWhen ask for updated, you just get nasty remarks and dirty looks or terrible excusesHorrible experience

Hi, I would just like to say, I've been watching this construction crew work out sidemy house at the corner of Rykert st and Louth st for the past 45 minutes... This isan extremely busy intersection, and traffic is moving as if nothing unusual wheregoing on.I am amazed at the efficiency and coordination with which these people do there job,they are totally in sync with one another...I just wanted Rankin Construction to know that this particular construction crew workvery well together and deserve credit for a job well done.Sincerely Yours Dee Bakalar

I've about had it with your company. Workers are completely disrespectful of the residents of our neighborhood.Constantly parking convoys worth of vehicles up and down the street making sight lines and navigation a real pain. Today they've decided we don't need to leave our house and despite enough room to park in between driveways, mine has been blocked for hours

I wish i could give 0 star to this company as it's crews are disrespectable to the neighborhood in which they are working in especially when it's just any other neighborhood. They leave trash, they break into people's vehicles they're disrespectful to people not just women but men also, they like to laugh at you and did I mention they will start working prior to the allowable time of 7am. Another issue is when they cause damage to their surroundings and don't take ownership over that. They're in my neighborhood they cut my Internet and said oops oh well yeah it's not oops oh well when you have to have your Internet for things.

This company couldn't care less about the havoc they caused during the road widening of Martindale Road. Communication was poor and no one at Rankin ever offered a solution for any of the problems they have caused. Disgraceful.
