Denise staged my mom's home prior to the listing. When we met her she was so gracious and caring and completely understood the sensitivity of dealing with a dated home and not minimizing the love and memories sparked in the home . She worked her magic with paint colours and carpets that would be a challenge for most. She made the house look like it was modern and spacious. Her furniture placement and decor choices were beyond our expectations. The house sold one week before the anticipated offer closing date and we are confident that her staging assisted with that. We would recommend Denise in a heartbeat, her talent and lovely disposition are stellar.

Denise came and did a consultation, staged our home, and came back to retrieve her items - all in a very short time span. She worked extremely efficiently to accommodate the tight turnaround for the sale and did not sacrifice on the quality of the staging because of timing. The consultation process was quick and Denise provided very clear instructions on what needed to be accomplished prior to listing the home. Our house looked amazing in the pictures and to buyers, and I am positive that the staging was a large factor in why we received such great offers. Denise helped us stage our condo when we sold. She was super helpful leading up to the pictures and what to do during our open house.
