Very much felt like a business wanting to sell you a CPAP. Little discussion around any other options. As someone who has mild sleep apnea the options were Sing lessons/Dididgeridoo, Mouth guard which in their words Aren't guaranteed to work"

Thank you to the Chinook Respiratory especially Jasmine Schweitzer who took very good care of me getting me diagnosed and set up with treatment in a very timely fashion it’s been about 4 months since I’ve finished and setup with a machine and my quality of life has drastically improved again thank you again Jasmine for going above and beyond it’s much appreciated

Who knew nights could be so quiet and peaceful!Thank you to the professional and competent staff at Chinook Respiratory Care! My husband had sleep apnea which caused extremely disturbed sleep for both of us. We were impressed by the personal care and attention given to finding just the right equipment need to ensure restful, comfortable nights!The ongoing service remains consistently excellent!!Highly recommend this company!

Very impressed with the high level of service I received today. I did not have an appointment booked but they fit me in right away. The staff was very helpful and did everything to ensure I would be comfortable with my cpap machine. Thanks to all the staff I look forward to seeing you all in the future.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and the technician did an excellent job interpreting what was required and forwarding the necessary information to my doctor. Great service! Thank you.

Absolutely horrible the machine was great, however the service and backpedaling that was done is second to none. They dont honor what they say and then try to make you feel like your wrong and uninformed. In the service industry you do what you say your going to and not on your terms, on the customers. Being local doesnt give you the opportunity to give mediocre service at best. Proceed at your own risk. I chose, afterthis incident to use a dentist it's more comfortable than the machine and the service is done with high regard. Proceed at your own risk and remember it's their perspective that matters only not yours.
