To sell you on the service they tell you it's a 6-month contract, but verbally say if it doesn't work out, they'll let you out at 3 months. Since they charge you for every crank call and hang-ups from international companies our bill more than tripled. They said crank calls are our problem to fix (which is impossible). I tried to cancel after 3 months and they denied it. This has been devastating on our small business still trying to recover the pandemic.

You should not be allowed to outsource emergency service calls. Your company is despicable for acting in such a harmful and ethically questionable manner. This move WILL come with serious consequences to residents of the outsourced cities.
