Service d' Interprète d' Aide et de Référence aux Immigrants (SIARI)

One of the best places helping the new comers to Canada.They help people and have a very supportive staff i recommend this place especially for new comer to Canada for their taxes, immigration forms, French classes and English classes.

We are experiencing serious problems in some official transactions in Canada. We were able to overcome these problems thanks to Siari and Mrs. Rabia Sağ, representing Turkey. We are truly grateful for her smiling face and sincere approach. I consider myself lucky to know such a person.

I have mixed reactions about Siari. They offer a lot of services, but the quality of most of the services are very poor. They are more pre-occupied about getting your immigration documents! The so-called immigration advisors are under qualified (I doubt they even have college education), the advice that they provide are dubious and often very poorly communicated.The tax services that they offer are the worst! They lose documents and they will argue about it. The errors in the declaration are many, definitely not worth the stress!The two stars here are for their information sessions. I have been there for a few, I wish I had the time to do more. The professionally worded invites, polite and friendly reminders and interesting content for newcomers, all very impressive.

I went there in 2019. Waiting is very long, but this gave me a chance to speak to Madam Lakshmi. She is so well informed and has all the community resource information in her fingertips! I received very good advice and direction from Madam Sharmila too! I hope to go there again, hopefully soon.

I don't know if things changed since last year, but I just got turned off after waiting 3 hours because I earned more than 35k last year, and their program literally can't input more than that"... despite it working perfectly fine last year.They also couldn't even print the paper I had on my phone (had to get out to get it printed and come back)

TOTAL TIME WASTE. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.I visited SIARI in the month of June 2022 to enrol for the French classes and I did not want to start from the beginning because I had already learned French for some time in my country. So I met Miss Toure at SIARI and requested the same and I was told that a telephonic evaluation will be conducted to know my level of french. The telephonic evaluation was conducted in September and when I visited SIARI for enrolling for the batch, I opted for the weekend batch starting on 8th Oct 2022 for which I received a confirmation email saying the classes will be conducted in the face to face medium and the classroom number will be shared shortly. To my surprise, today i.e. 29 Sep 2022 I received another email from SIARI saying that the classes will be conducted in online mode only for the entire session, to which I emailed Mme Toure and requested her to adjust me in a face to face batch because I don't want to got for online classes and the revert I got from her is ''we will have to conduct the classes in online mode and if you don't want the online classes, you can go to another centre''. This is the response I got after waiting for 3 months.I would not recommend anyone to go to SIARI and waste their time.
