Elena Fours Speech Therapy

I wholeheartedly recommend Elena! We reached out to her as our 2year old is autistic and non verbal. Elena has been so helpful in helping us understand how to set realistic goals in speech therapy with an autistic child. I was skeptical of online therapy at first because in my understanding speech therapy is a therapist sitting down with my child and doing exercises/activities together. And since Elena works online, I told her that’s not the option we want to work with because my son won’t sit in front of a screen for that long with a stranger on the screen. When Elena explained why she doesn’t do therapies directly with the kids at that age and why online is best suited, everything made sense! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional and you can feel that she’s experienced in her field. By the second online session, her directions, techniques and guiding provided us with tremendous results.our son started imitating sounds he didn’t do before and establishing contact with our autistic child has been easier by using the simplified language technique vs. speaking to him like a chatterbox (we used to believe the myth that you need to speak to your child non stop all day so he could begin talking & Elena explained why it is not the case).

As a parent you look for the best professionals to work with your kids. Elena Fours is knowledgeable, professional and a highly skilled therapist who knows how to get through to kids. We credit her 100 percent with helping our child speak from one word to full blown normal age appropriate speech. We continued to see her for 7 years to fine tune certain aspects of speech. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want to see results, you need to see her.

Highly recommend Elena! She is highly experienced and truly dedicated to her work. She is more than just Speech language pathologist. She covers many other aspects while working with autistic kids. Elena is a wonderful speech therapist. She is amazing with kids. My daughter's sessions with Lena are very funny and interactive. We've seen much improvement after a couple of sessions and now my daughter corrects me sometimes:)

Elena is a great speech language pathologist. We have gone to see her in person many years ago and she has helped my son with pronunciation and achieved great results in a short time. Lena is just amazing and a truly gifted speech therapist! My 4 year old son, Sebastian, went from not being understood by even his grandparents to speaking clearly and with confidence in just a couple of months. Before Lena we tried 3 different in-person speech therapists for over a year with no results! None of them helped us with his lisp or any of his other problems. One therapist even did a session in her mask! I was so disappointed that I just didn't think speech therapy would work for us. Then I decided to try Lena, who's doing sessions online. Our sessions are in English, but I know she also offers sessions in other languages. I never thought online sessions could be fun and also so effective. Lena is very engaging with kids and adds something new every session. She really understands kids' psychology and is an artist when it comes to speech therapy. I just wish we found her sooner!

Elena has provided speech therapy for my son (who is now 16) since he was 2 yrs old and has helped him successfully regain fluency throughout the years. We began working with Elena Fours in March 2015. At the time, our daughter was 3.5 years old and was struggling with articulating sounds and words. Elena implemented an effective plan of action and shortly after, we began seeing improvements. After working with Elena for 2 years, our daughter was able to speak, combine words and put sentences together. She is currently in grade 6 and is able to read, write and communicate effectively.
