Ordered a gluten free med heat pad Thai. Quick, friendly service. Food was delicious and it was a huge portion for a great price, I will definitely have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch as well. Restaurant was clean. The handwritten note on the bag was a nice touch.

Ordered the two boxes I usually do. Asked for medium as usual. My lips and mouth are on fire. Couldn't taste a thing. Feels like the chef played a nasty trick. Super disappointed and not sure I'd return.

I've been going to Noodlebox since it opened in Victoria. Yes flavors and quality vary place to place or even depending on who's cooking. I was nervous to order again at this location because my last order just tasted of oil and reading the recent reviews it wasn't looking great. However I think the owner is listening to the feedback because this was one of the best Spicy Peanut with Prawn and extra Veggies I've had!!! The person at the front counter was friendly as well.

Great food but you need to be prepared to wait for it.We've been waiting over 40 minutes. This is the second time that we've tried it and both have been very long waits.Sharing this review in case you don't have the time or if you're hungry.

We ordered thai chow mein today March 25,2023 at around 6pm. The lady cashier was not interested to explain the difference of food in a bowl and box.The food is totally bland, it doesn't taste Thai at all. It taste indian curry. They better call it indian chow mein. I'm like eating the noodles without any seasoning.If I could only go back to the store and return the food and ask for refund. I am definitely disappointed and such a waste of money.

First time at this location. Ordered my go-to spicy peanut noodles with prawns and chicken, medium spice. Protein portions were generous, as was the rest of the meal. Nice spice amount, everything cooked perfectly. Ate it 3 times!

I ordered a soup special it came with spoons but it was just no soup it was another noodle bowl of some sort . I ordered the Cambodian jungle curry box nothing like the photos it actually looked like the bowl that was to be the soup could not tell the different than I ordered the spicy peanut noodle box, again nothing like the photos like nothing I will include what it looked like it was all the same mess of no fresh vegetables no soup I was hoping for on these freezing days . Also you pay for chicken I could barely see any at all no point to pay for it there is none. Also the ginger beef I ordered for my son which suggests with rice but he hates rice so I picked noodles it came with rice . Just look at the photos below of what I received very unhappy And I tipped 20 percent for a puck up order. Because their tip machine only gives u that option bit cheeky to say u can add the tip here but the lowest one was 20 percent no one pays for take away that much was not happy about that . I was not going to drive 20 mins back but it was a waste of 65 dollars for slop . Below photos wish I knew what was what and what is to be the soup ? Also they labeled nothing ! So it all as u can see on the plate is each dish I am talking about but the ginger beef . What a gross mess

This location is an absolute embarrassment to the franchise. This is one of my all time favourite faster food franchises. This one in particular is absolutely horrendous. They tried to get away with hiding the fact they put about 1/10th of the amount of beef required by putting it in a to go container. Even though we were clearly planning to dine in. After pouring it out on to a plate it was noticed that there was zero beef in the dish. I immediately brought it to their attention and she argued with me about there being “some beef”. She even went as far as to touch the one piece with her dirty finger. I immediately told her I wanted a refund as this is not the first time this has happened. She fought and fought with me about refunding and then she tried to actually CHARGE my card again as opposed to refunding. Thank god I noticed and instead demanded I was paid in cash. No body said sorry, nobody tried to make it right, they all tried to say I was in the wrong. I will never go to this establishment ever again and I recommend you don’t either. If they’re trying to save money by not giving you meat, what else are they trying to save money on? If I was the owner of something as good as Noodlebox and I found out one of my prime locations was trying to skim off the top by cutting ingredients, I would be livid. I hope someone more important then the arrogant manager of the location sees this review.
