just wondering renting and appartment with no pictures inside the apartment, just showing lake or hills, and when you call to get an appointment it take forever , or the person in charge doesn't reply even when texting or calling what a joke!!!

The current manager lacks communication and office skills. He never gets back to requests, even after an application.Clearly he is in the wrong business and he needs to be replaced with someone interested in actually being a property manager and capable of doing their job!!

Pros: the maintenance is good, building is kept tidy.Cons: Outdated appliances and dont worth more than $700 for 1 bedroom. before moving in make sure u check everything, cuz u will not be told about hidden defects, and when u r moving out u might get surprised. building supervisor is happy if u go his way, else he is very rude and unreasonable at times.overall, it was my necessity to get a apartment at that time and i took it in a hurry. but for ppl who r considering it, make sure about what they expects to see when u move out.
