Drove from sask to pick up our trailer here. Literally a Phenomenal experience with the staff at 4 seasons. Mike our sales rep went out of his way to find the trailer we wanted. He was so patient, kind, personable and professional. Responded to any questions we had a province away immediately. I can't rave enough about Josh who walked us through the trailer. Knowledgeable and a great human to share this experience with. Taylor was fantastic, making everything come together smoothly and efficiently! This was one of the best experiences we have had. These guys are a huge asset to this team who were all so friendly and happy. Thank you Mike, Josh and Taylor !

EVERY STAFF HERE CARES LIKE THEY OWN THE PLACE.Buying an RV is so much more than a purchase. It’s a lifestyle and most of the living happens when things break and wear out etc. These are the moments when you figure out if you bought from the correct place or a nightmare.You’ve heard tales of a tire shop owner who opens late Christmas eve saving mere strangers from a lonely holiday. You’ve heard of the CEO who sends a kid to college from his staff. These are are great stories and they warm the heart. We are now blessed to share our story of how we were saved by FOUR SEASONS MEDICINE HAT.We planned a trip for half a year. It’s hard to get away from my job which is extremely demanding. We had another dealer cause a problem with our fridge that would have been catastrophic to our trip and caused a problem throughout the whole RV. The problem wasn’t discovered until a day before launch day which made a local fix impossible and threatened the whole trip. We left town with a wounded unit and were worried sick if it would make the trip.We placed a call, last-minute to Four Seasons Medicine Hat and they found extra man-power and waited for us to arrive from the highway. They then began a major overhaul of our kitchen area and did an entire fridge replacement while we waited and the kids played in the showroom. They treated my unit like it was worth a million $. Every effort was made to keep it pristine and make what was messed up right again.Josh Avery spoke to us like we were family from the moment he took the call. It would have been so easy to say we were too much trouble or wouldn’t likely make it in time. Josh cannot be thanked enough and likely deserves more than anyone could afford to pay him.Brent Noble couldn’t have a more appropriate last name. He was and is an absolute gentleman and took the time to find ways to protect us as customers through what could have been an extremely expensive repair.Lee Antoni jumped in like a pro and made the job seem effortless and you can see from the little things he’s been around. He knew for example to photograph wires before disconnecting anything. These little shop tips and many that I can’t articulate take years to develop and save countless hours of troubleshooting.I plan to do something special for the dealership to share my appreciation because I just can’t say enough about what they have done for us. Buy whatever brand from wherever if you are a betting person. However, if you worry about nightmares (which was our reality), it DOES matter where you buy and service. We just upgraded to a bigger unit here and it was a great experience. Our salesman Ian made the process comfortable and effortless from start to the finish. Amazing customer service! So Ian Knell is the bomb. Within 24 hours he found us the perfect RV for my family. We picked it up yesterday and the experience throughout was fast and very enjoyable. We decided in December that we wanted to upgrade our fifth wheel. We started working with Ian Knell and gave him a list of what we wanted to see in a used trailer. It turned out that we were unable to find a used RV that fit our needs so we started looking at new ones. Ian worked hard trying to find just the right unit for us and he did find one that was nearly perfect, but at the same time we found a competitor unit that just edged out the one that Ian had found. Ian was always very helpful and professional, and he worked hard trying to find the trailer for us. In the end it came down to a few cosmetic differences, and a few thousand dollars that swayed us towards the other. Had a great experience as we shopped for our new trailer. Ian showed us a few trailers but none that we wanted to settle on, I found this model online, Ian went and did a virtual tour sent it to us so we could see exactly what was like. Love the trailer, had great communication with every part of Medicine Hat Four Season, would definitely recommend this location
