THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!Only if its possible to give a 0 star!The previous owners Lan and Noel are the sweetest and they do a good job and we were loyal customers for 7yrs. We used the drop off service and they charge us the reasonable amount and our laundry's well folded and smells soo good. They also call us when we can pick up our stuff.Now, the new people who operates this place are horrible. We keep finding clothes and socks that are not ours and we're missing quite a bit of clothes too (pants, leggings, shirts, sock). Im guessing they mix our clothes with other customers'. They charge us way too much for ours and the clothes are all creased, no smell and sometimes they dont even look like they were washed. We provided our own detergent and dryer sheets and called them and instructed on how we want them to be used with our laundry. We bought a 31pcs tide pods bag and after being charged $20+, I checked the tide pods and they only used 1 pod for all the laundry we have. Also, you have to call them to check if yours are done and when you do call them, no one answers and you have to redial again and wait for more rings before they answer. And as usual, there were items in our pile that are not ours. I have given them a few chances to make things right but nothing.Please dont waste your time, clothes and money in this place unless you want to pay more for a bad service and if you want to get rid of your clothes.Im looking for a good laundromat now so pls reply to this review for any suggestions.

The machines are old and the washers are very small (you can get two washer loads per dryer load), but the owners have work ethic like you won't believe. Other reviewers have called them rude"

Yes, they have older machines and an older facility...but they still work without a problem, and I have seen them maintained. I just need clean clothes, so I don't need fancy. They are ESL so perhaps that's why some people think they're rude? I actually find them quite nice, and have a don't worry

I went here for the first time in early December. I really should have looked at the reviews first but I just moved to the neighborhood and it was close and convenient.I had about 4 loads of laundry. I came in with a new cashmere sweater and gave instructions on how to care for it. The woman basically said yeah yeah I know cashmere. I went back at the end of the day to pickup and the first thing she shows me is my new sweater shrunk to a kids size saying she doesn't know what happened and that she always washes clothes in hot water and it's usually fine. I didn't want to argue with her, as I was very upset. I just wanted to pay and leave.She charged me $39 for 4 loads. I also came with my own detergent and it was like she didn't even use any of it. Half my work pants were still dirty and came back still smelling like a kitchen, as I'm a chef. I asked her to discount me, as she ruined my $200 sweater and all she did was knock off $4 off my bill. If I ran that business, I would have at least given my first time client a complimentary wash, considering she ruined my item. I would have possibly returned, had she dealt with this differently. BAD business! If I could give zero stars, I would have. Do not go here.My neighbour recommended L&D Laundry on Broadway and Nanaimo, and they are great. Glad I found somewhere better in the neighborhood with great service and friendly and accommodating owners.

I have been using the drop off laundry service for months now. The owners are so lovely, they remember mine and my partners names every time. Not only do I leave the store with clean, folded laundry, I also leave with a smile on my face from such a great and friendly service!!

I have been going here for almost 5 years, the previous owners were amazing and sweet people. We dropped off our laundry for $40 every week. The new owners are charging us $70 for the same amount of laundry. Unfortunately I will need to find a more reasonably priced laundromat.

We get our laundry done there every couple of weeks. Noel and his wife do a fabulous job - everything comes back perfectly washed, dried and folded - and for cheap! 6 large garbage bags costs us about $40 which is worth its weight in gold since I hate doing laundry. I could recommend them more.

Terrible service - called us at 5:30pm telling us to hurry up to pick up their laundry because they close at 5pm. Fortunately we were only 10 minutes away, but even then they kept saying to hurry up. Gave us the bag in the parking lot and drove off. We realized a pair of pants was missing, so when we called back the next day, they said there was no way they could make a mistake, and it must have not been there to begin with. We only had two pairs of pants and a pair of shorts, five shirts and a few undergarments in the load, so one pair was unmistakably missing. Finally, the man said to come back and have a look to see if it's still there because he doesn't know whether it's there or not. I'm not sure if they shared the load of laundry with another's because of how small it was but FYI that little load was $8.5., so this place is well over-priced. but YIKES, even though this place is the only one in the close proximity to me, I'd rather get a car share to drive 10 minutes and use a coined/self-serve laundromat.

Phenomenal service! I came in on a Saturday and it was virtually empty. The owner was more than happy to help me out. I felt totally comfortable leaving my clothes there while I ran some errands, and the owner even suggested that he could throw them in the drier for me if I would like, so I said yes. I came back a few hours later and everything was done and they even had all of my clothes folded and bagged! It was a little on the pricier side but the service was absolutely worth it so I even left a tip.
