I bought a 5x8 V nose trailer (Lightning brand). I was initially impressed by the pre-sales service. When I shopped around, I was pleasantly surprised that the price at ML trailers quoted was significantly less than a competitor's price. The service when I picked up the trailer was also excellent. They went over everything about the trailer and answered all questions. They even made an adjustment of the safety chain free of charge. I needed some accessories, and they discussed the pros and cons of different options. Never any upsell. They care to get you what you need. They are an example of how all sales should done! These days people often give 5-star reviews too easily. ML trailer truly deserves 5 stars!

I'm really happy with my Lightning 12-foot aluminum cargo trailer. It's the perfect size and very good quality. I dealt with Mike, Vicky and Roger at ML and got very good advice and service. When I picked up my trailer Mike hooked it up to my car, adjusted the hitch and checked everything, and seemed to care a lot about customer satisfaction and safety. Couldn't be happier! Great location, too, just down the street, if I need parts or service.
