I got the most basic Koodo talk/text plan due to my financial situation the next day, and I got another plan with Bell for the same price but with more data. When I switched to the better service and tried to get a refund for my Koodo plan purchased within 48 hours, Niranjan D. said I could not receive a refund simply as it was a prepaid plan.I did not know that information, and on the receipt, it said I had 15 days to return any unused, and I had not to use any services from the phone provided to me.In the future, when you sell something to your customer, tell them that if they make the switch, they will lose all the sim/activation/plan money so they can make the right decision instead of facing surprises.

Faizan was a great help! My grandmother is old and has always struggled with the use of electronics. Faizan spent hours setting us up with a new plan and ensuring we were happy and comfortable with the amount we were spending. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us an amazing deal! 10/10 customer service!

Deepak is absolutely great and should be promoted. Super easy to understand. Answers all your questions and explains it thoroughly till you understands. Takes his time and actually cares! I would take all my Telus business to him while in Ontario unfortunately I live in Quebec but if I have anything else to take care of I will definitely go right to him! Great customer service! Excellent!
