Went back, and the gentleman fixed the issue, and hooked me up1* to 5*. Let's just say i wont do emails anymore and just go in person from now onOrignal postBeen waiting for over 3 weeks , gave all my info , still waiting , i'm being ignored . Why did i go with Dewalt/ B&D when Makita/Milwaukee has a much better service ?

Je cherche une pièce. Impossible de communiquer avec qui que ce soit au Canada. Sur leur site, on nous renvoie sur un site américain qui charge 25 $EU de transport pour une pièce de 2,99$. Le site est en Espaglais (un mélange d'espagnol et d'anglais). Visiblement, la cie se fout totalement des clients et personne ne test les liens de leur site depuis plusieurs années...-----I'm looking for parts. The customer service is terrible!! I bought a AC last year and didn’t work after a couple of months, i sent it back in December last year and i haven’t received it until now!!! Call them so many times and couldn’t solve the problem!!!

On me commande une pièce sans me dire qu'elle n'est pas garantie (on m'avait dit le contraire 5 mois avant), par une pièce qui ne fonctionne pas non plus!!

Excellent company that stands behind their products. My edge trimmer stopped working and under warranty, no questions asked, they sent me a replacement and received it within 5 days.
