Tried-N-True Air Duct Cleaning

I'm so excited to tell everyone that I had the absolute best experience with Fred and Tara True.First of all, they gave me an hour window time on when they would be here (9:30-10:30) and were here at 9:25. They did a fantastic job, they cleaned off my register covers and inside where all of dirt is, and my return covers. I was sincerely surprised they went that far. They informed me that they would be here two- two and a half hours. They were finished in two. Keep in mind that my husband and I were full of questions, and they had no problem giving all of the information we asked about. They were very informative every step of the process, and our house smells wonderful! Their more than reasonable price, was worth every single penny!I strongly suggest that anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned, that they call Tried-N-True, you won't be disappointed. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but that's all Google allows.Thank you so much Fred and Tara. I'll be calling you again in 3-4 years as you recommended.

We had the best experience with this family owned company. I found them online and reached out to them on their website. They called us back promptly, serviced us promptly, and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I could not believe the sounds of all of the debris coming out of our ducts. I know it's supposed to be all about the results, but Fred and Tara were likable and enjoyable on top of all of that. Thank you, Tried N True. This is a family owned business that treated my house and health as their own. If you are in need of someone reputable and do business the old way this is the company to work with. Excellent rates, showed up as promised and completed the work in two hours. They also provided a preventative maintenance plan.

I called tried-n-true to clean my ducts and once over, Fred explained why cleaning my ducts would not be successful. My husband and I had a company come out years prior and we were completely dissatisfied with the job they did. I now know why and it was due to Fred's knowledge and more importantly his honesty. He could've took my money and ran so I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking to have your air ducts cleaned the search is over. Fred and Tara are an amazing power couple that get the job done throughly and professionally.I needed the air ducts cleaned in my 100+ year old home, and knew nothing about its history. Fred and Tara took their time explaining each step of the cleaning process, took time to show me how to maintain different aspects of the systems I didn’t even KNOW about in my own house, and even made suggestions for other local businesses I might use for other much needed repairs.Their open and honest practice left me feeling completely at ease and I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve got my calendar marked so I can call them in three years for the next cleaning!
