We've been using Cozy Home Maid Services for a while - most recently at our new house. I am never worried about the quality of service - it's always done well. And I don't worry about leaving my house unattended. The staff have always been on time and trustworthy. The customer service is fantastic - send an email and make the appointment; no complicated back and forth.

We have used Cozy Home Maid Service since May 2017. Laurie always shows up on time and does a excellent job. We have recommended this company to our friends and family. A friend's mother also uses Cozy Home and is very happy with the service. Very honest, and efficient.

I used Cozy Home Maid Services in Edmonton where Elena and her team were incredible! Most recently (today), Lana came to my home in Calgary (with an interpreter for thoroughness) for a standard clean of only a few rooms for 3 hours. Once again, Cozy knocked it out of the park! I feel Lana accomplished more than I requested in the 3 hours, and everything is an absolute ‘JOY’ to come home to…sparkling clean! Thank you, Lana and Calgary Cozy Home Maid Services!! I will most certainly recommend and use your services again!

I have been using Cozy Home Maid Services for over 2 years now; setting up a cleaning appointment is really easy by email and they have always come back quickly to me. Cleaning service is consistent and they do a quality work; i have never had any issue with them or with their cleaning ladies; very responsive to our needs.I definitely recommend them.

My cleaner was Tiffany. If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE cleaning job. Didn't bring their own supplies, didn't mop, dust, or even wipe down my counters. My toilet was FILTHY when she left. I was also home the whole time in my office and the cleaner didn't tell me she was leaving and never cleaned the room I was in. The blankets were thrown on my couch and some not even folded. I couldn't believe it. When I reported the mess and how she left earlier than what I paid for, I was directed to a link for a refund and when I click it it says I cant get one since I purchased on Groupon. I let them know this and no one has responded, they only have email correspondence so no one is there to talk to. Terrible. Seems like if you buy on groupon they just don't care about the quality of service.

Cozy Home is a fitting description for this companies service. I tried another cleaning services that “forced” our first visit into a deep clean and then we gave feedback with over 25 things not cleaned as promised. They replied with a sorry to see you go email. I was hesitant to try again.Then one day called Cozy Home. They responded promptly and were willing and able to give us two ladies immediately for two homes. They were accommodating around us working from home and they did a great job. Always a few minor things and I was still pleased. Asked for a regular service and now starting with Laurie. She is very personable, very thorough and doesn’t mind working around my new puppy. I am relieved and pleased to have a reliable company and person. Rueben has been gracious with coordinating and ensuring I get the best value for my money. They are fair priced, fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have been using Cozy Maid Service for the last year and a half and have always been happy to come home to a clean house. The ladies we've had, always take great care of our hardwood floors and ensure every surface in the kitchen is spotless and each room is clean and tidy.Each lady we've met has been friendly and efficient with their tasks, making the most of their time.The company has always been very flexible with the availability of cleaners and has accommodated start times and dates when we've needed.I have recommended Cozy Home Maid to several of my Friends and Family and they are all very happy with the quality of work they receive! We will continue to use Cozy Home Maid for our regular cleaning Service!!

We have been looking for a cleaning company that would work with our schedules. We found what we were looking for in Cozy Home Maid Service. Our cleaner Lana was excellent did a wonderful job. We signed up for bi-weekly cleaning with no reservations. We get a dedicated cleaner which I really like. Contacting the company was hassle free, quick communication all questions answered. Strongly recommend this Company for all your cleaning needs.

I have had Cozy Maid come in to my house twice now. The service has been absolutely great! It was easy to schedule and book, and the staff has always been prompt and super friendly! On both occasions, the staff did a great job of cleaning my home. They take their time to get those nooks and crannies that I don't usually get! The first time I had them here was after moving in, construction dust and general move-in mayhem was no match for them, They were able to clean up my place, and let me start in my new home fresh and clean!! The last time they were here was a touch up. The lady was fast, efficient and boy did my place look sparking clean! :) It was so nice to not have to worry about cleaning the floors, dusting and doing all the little things that I just don't have time for! I left her to do her thing mid-clean, and came home to an amazing clean and tidy and house! It is affordable and definitely worth it! I had tried other cleaning places before in my other houses and they would come over and wipe up a thing here or there but never really left it feeling clean, or they would do a great job but were so expensive I couldn't keep up with their services. Cozy Maid was not only affordable but had great service! Can't beat that! I am very happy with Cozy Maid and would definitely recommend them and I know I will be using them again!

We have been using Cozy Maid Services for the past 6 years and they never disappoint! We are extremely happy with the level of service they provide. Super easy to book and they make our home sparkle (which is a big feat considering we have two children under the age of 3!). They are an affordable luxury that really contributes to our balance of life.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional skilled, friendly secure cleaners for your home.
