Never able to help for the most minimal things. Better off going to the banff registry. Much more helpful and patient

They won't do what is beyond the basic requests, claimed what we were looking to get done was against their policy, which is simply not true as Banff Registry had no issues helping us. If you're looking for a basic renewal or learners test, this is the place.

Incredibly rude staff. Especially theManager who's condescending to both staff and customers. Must have rubbed of on the rest as they all are rude now. They used to have a nice person working there, but she obviously quit. Be prepared for an extra 5-10 minutes for your errand because they yell at anyone walking through the door to get out. If they didn't have a monopoly in Canmore they would have been shut down years ago. They seem to have forgotten that they work in customer service and that you can't yell at everyone

I have come here multiple times and always had good service. Today specifically it was efficient, kind, and easy to do two things - one personal and one corporate.

This is hands down the worst business in all of Canmore. I have lived in Canmore for over 15 years and as a local business owner myself, the service here has only gotten worse over time. The only reason I can imagine why they have not gone out of business is because the only other registry around is in Banff. They are always understaffed. The owner or manager is incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive of peoples time. The manager was actually threatening to customers because they did do what she wanted, I couldn't believe it. They have lost all of my business I will be going to Banff from now on

Manager here loves her authority. Off-putting for many as the reviews show. Walked up, no other customers there, asked me to text my name to their out dated covid processing, in which she immediately got my text and called me in. What was the point?!! Loosen up, it's 2023.Quick to remind you of all their bureaucratic rules, always with a slightly condescending tone for any questions you may have.Give us a (real) smile honey, relax. It's Canmore.

I’m very sad what happened to me today in registry Canmore! My road test was booked between 11to11:30 and I show up at 11:30 !Same as last time my test was booked between 9to 9:30 !Last time the examiner was late for 30 min which is fine for everybody but today I was late for 4 min thy say I can’t take a test because I’m late and the agent there she told me just go home we will call you if the examiner accepted to do the test for you today but she never called!I call back after 2:30 pm after I was waiting whole day at home ! And she told me no you can’t take the test to day because is your false you don’t show up on time and you cant get your money back , I say you guys can’t take my money just because I’m late for 4 min that not fair that money i work for that hard to make 155$Then she give me the manager I was expecting something else but she say the same !I ask here way last time when the examiner was late and I’m there from 8:30 to 9:30 was fine but today I was late 4 min is not fine ! She say that he was running late because is snow and we want him to be save !The question way she don’t think the same about me ? Anyway however the examiner last time he do he’s best to make my wife failed even she was doing great in the road !He told her is not for today Maybe next timeI don’t know what is the standards to not failed with that examiner in Canmore!!!!!!?Bay the way my wife she is driving for 15 years!There’s a lot of bad think happen to me in Canmore registry I can’t finished even the back home driving license in French and the agent she speak French and canada is bout French and English but thy didn’t accepted I have to go to translate french to English in canada which cost me 250$.Right now I spend almost 750 $ just to change driving license in Canmore!Anyway I’m still hoping to get my money back because I don’t do the test , and I think anywhere in the world thy can’t take your money if thy don’t do any service for you !Hopefully someone hear me here and tel me what to do !Thank k you .

Dunno (regarding others' 1-stare comments), I was there for the first time today (car registration) and it was the smoothest and the most pleasant experience!

They still have silly covid waiting outside rules implemented. They more spend time telling customers to wait outside that serving customers. I would recommend giving another registry your business !

Formulated, systematic, and standardized. Not comparing, but I have been to Banff Registry as well, it is operational as well, but this one in Canmore is way convenient because it is very professionally maintained. I gave my Road Test here, and the process was smooth as butter. The staff is cooperative, smiling, and homey.
