Great place to work. I worked here in the 90s and I have been back now for just over a year. Flightcraft (KF Aerospace) has worked really hard over the years to provide a relaxed, safe work environment.They seem to have chosen good crew leads. And everyone seems to work in harmony for the most part. Pay is more than fair and competitive with other companies.I encourage anyone looking for a great work place in a beautiful place like the Okanagan look into KF Aerospace for their opportunity.And a shout out for Jim Stewart. KF Areospace are very deticated to what they do. They recently allowed around 40 Mechanical Engineering Students (I was one myself) to do a tour of their facility and examine their non-destructive testing methods (Ultrasound, x-rays, gamma waves, eddy-current, magnetic-particle, etc). Professional, Exact, and Experienced. These guys know what they’re doing and they run a tight ship. It was a pleasure to meet the staff, and I aspire to work here one day.
