Update from my previous review you will probably find below , ended up saving my sister 2000 dollars and the mechanic I took it too asked why they suggested a power steering rack, they suggested other things that had issues and charged her accordingly and gave her a very fair price + reliable after market parts. Don’t trust this place they re out to steal your money and make you pay for repairs not even needed and misdiagnose your car…I see a reply to contact the service manager, he is part of the problem he enables these sale tactics and don’t sign anything from this dealer until you know exactly what is being done and you do the research. Get a second opinion before proceeding with any repairs here it will save you money

Very unfortunate experience to which a service advisor miscalculated time allotted for a brake job and a suspension job amounting to approx $2231.Service advisor was aware that car was required by the family for the following day from the outset. Only half the job was complete.As a courtesy and in order to complete the job that was promised by end of day, the service advisor offered a rental car as car would not be ready, only to call back to say their only rental car wasn’t available as their employee needed it for a dr apt.Call was placed to customer at 5 pm stating that the shuttle driver could not pick up client as they were too busy and closed at 6 pm and car suspension job only complete. Then when spoke to manager he said it wasn’t because they were too busy but it was because we were over the distance by 2 blocks (shuttle driver initially left client in a parking lot after the car was initially dropped off as we were out of ‘catchment’..but wouldn’t commit to picking client up at same parking lot). Awful experience by with both service employee and manager. This experience then required another family member to drive to Honda to pick up their other car.Would not recommend this location.

One year ago, I had my Civic's oil change at this location - without any consultation or discussion, they changed the pads and obviously wanted me to pay for it!Today I returned for a known AC Condenser warranty issue, however they were going to diagnose" it first

Went in to get my oil changed, AC fixed and the wrench icon was lit up so i was enquiring about that.they said they would get all the issues fixed that day. they called me and the end of the day with a laundry list of things that needs done that would equal to 5K.they didn’t even do the AC diagnostic i asked for. i went in the morning to pick up my car and cancelled the extra services. apparently they did the ac diagnosis tic but didn’t add it to the previous days notes. they fully scammed me and tried to scam me for more.i trusted Honda and this dealership and they have broken that trust completely. they acted as if my car was unsafe to drive on the road unless i got these repairs done. that is predatory and unethical. i will never be coming back here again and when i get a new car, I will not be choosing Honda. Queensway Honda - you should speak to your representative Brandon about not scaring customers into sales.

My worst experience with a service centre.Brought my car in for a rattle (under warranty). Here’s a rundown of how things went.Service Advisor immediately started blaming me for the noise. Saying there were rodent marks on the engine. There was nothing indicating this to me. Saying I had a third party started installed (which was sold with the vehicle).They did an assessment and said I needed 3,000 dollars of work to replace multiple engine parts. When I inquired about the warranty I was informed this wouldn’t be possible because I’d had oil changes done elsewhere. What?I asked if I could provide the service records and still have it covered. They flat out lied and said no.I called Honda Canada on the advice of my local mechanic and they confirmed the shop wasn’t allowed to deny my warranty if I had service records. Great, back for another multiple hour wait.Lots of back and forth with the service manager and advisor and they finally agree to review the records and approve the work. Communication throughout this was incredibly slow.I had to follow up every call at least 3 times and often waited weeks for something that I was told would take 2-3 days.When the work was finally completed (months later), the noise still remained in the engine.I don’t trust the work they do and the service advisor I dealt was a great example of why people don’t trust dealerships.Lastly, they still didn’t have a shuttle running well after Covid restrictions were lifted. I spent multiple hours sitting in their waiting room or trying to take TTC from their remote location.Steer clear. This place is a money grab at best.

I would like to thank HONDA QUEENSWAY @ Lobsang Thakur !! No pressure Sales. Its been 3 months I’m deciding what car should I buy but after a lot of visits to Mr. Lobsang I booked my new ride @ Honda Accord 2023. Mr. Thakur Spoke my language @ Punjabi which made me feel like home. Committed us 2 months on New Accord and delivered in exactly 2 months. THANK YOU VERY MUCH QUEENSWAY will definitely recommend everyone from our community.

Today I went for the diagnostic, as I was planning my road trip. I have been told that a vehicle is completely not safe for the road, and they gave me estimate of $4000-$5000 thousand dollars, they also said that they not sure if I want to keepThis car.. Seriously?? I bought this SUV few years back for $20.000 cash, didn’t really hand any issues, and I have my regular full time mechanic who always been maintaining all my previous cars! I have a big doubt now, that they are been honest with me.. Will go back to my mechanic and make sure will find out the real situation! Will write an update soon!
