Took my truck to them after someone hit me. Took awhile to get in but they were so generous and finished my truck before the date expected. Received a courtesy car for the whole time and they were very informative with what all needed to be done. Recommend this place to anyone. Great staff and great service.

I’ve had my car serviced here a few times with no issues usually the service is pretty good. On this occasion it was horrible. I came in as a walk in trying to get some questions answered about a possible repair. I just so happened to be in the area.What I wanted was my rear license plate looked at as the bolt was stripped and around that hole for the screw was getting bigger. Just wanted a quick look rough estimate and go from there. Pretty much is this something but you can fix. It doesn’t have to be today.I said “hi sorry I have a quick question, no one’s at the front” to the guy looking at me in the back office since no one was at reception. He stated he would be there in two minutes. Okay cool. I wait 90seconds and then a lady from her break walks in asks if I’ve been helped. I tell her no, the guy in the back said he needed a couple mins but no one’s come out. I just have a quick question about my car I say.She relays the information to the guys in the back and I can hear another gentleman him firmly say “No! he can wait two mins” everyone looks at me, the lady comes back and says they just need 2mins. She wasVery nice and seemed sorry that I couldn’t be helped sooner. At this point I’ve waited almost 4mins. So I set my timer for 2mins since one guy keeps looking at me and chatting with maybe the boss back there. I leave two mins later. There are no other customers in the office. It’s 10am. My question and answer would have taken 2mins or less. In fact when I went to a body shop down the street it was exactly that.I don’t usually post reviews. I just recommend places with good service to people I know and I’ll stop recommending this place.

I got rear ended badly by a driver who had attention issues. ICBC told me I had to choose where it would be towed to. A friend from my local ham radio club suggested Able. I'm glad he did.From beginning to end, they were helpful, honest and decent about everything. I especially appreciated Mitchell's frank, no-bs way of communicating. The people here are amazing you are not just another number on the screen they genuinely care and try to help youI have brought numerous vehicles here from work vehicles cars trucks and jeeps they fix it all in a timely manner and are rockstars about it they are straight up with the answers and provide quality work no need to go elsewhere they are hard to compete withThis is why Able auto body on 82 and 132 is the shop for me has been and always will be ..keep up the great work guys stoked to be a proud customer of such a reputable shop !I would put 6 stars if I could.Thanks again !

I went to this location by accident and it was the best mistake I have made.Wendy is awesome and she was always kind to me. Mitchell I cant thank you enough.He also cleaned and fixed my front lights and My 2008 CRV came back to me looking brand new! Thank you. If I ever need work done again I will defenitely go back.

Excellent workmanship and my car was finished in a timely matter

Always top service! I never had any issues with their work or the service they provide. They always went above and beyond the call of duty. This has been and always will be our go to place for repairs.
