I had an excellent customer service today, the lady working there, really knows the product and the range variety. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone, friendly and a very charming little shop.

Pretty sure their stuff are fake. I always order my facial cleanser online, so when I found out they have it, I was very happy and excited to know that I no longer have to pay for shipping fees. Even though the cleanser in this place was 2x more expensive than in online. I later find out that this cleanser didn't perform as well as it usually does on my face. The consistency, the quality overall felt extremely different and it did worry me. Days after using, My face broke out like CRAZY!The place is extremely organized and cute, but careful on what you buy. Seems to me, they are either fake or expired which is just as bad.

I am not sure she was the owner or one of the staffs but her work ethic was really bad. I would never visit this place anymore. I do understand Chinese(Mandarin) and I was hearing enough bad words while I was shopping. This place has been one of my favorite asian cosmetics in Halifax but sadly it looks like this would be my last time.

Always love coming here! I love their selection of face masks, makeup, skincare and oddities. I always end up spending more than I came in to but it's well worth it and my skin loves the masks! Can't wait to come back :)

Great products (and so cute!), Great location, and such lovely service. When I went to this place for the first time, the person working gave me a very thoughtful introduction to Korean beauty products. Seems to do great at promoting healthy skincare over cosmetics.

Lots of selection of Korean and Japanese make - up. There are sometimes goood deals. It is a tiny place. I just wish they stock up Peripera lipsticks /tint and more make up brands.

I always find something new to try when I visit here! The staff are very helpful if you have questions and it's great to be able to purchase K beauty and J beauty products at a local store

This visit wasn't about poor product, but about the staff not showing up to open this store!! On Jul 10 '17, the store opening hours showed 12:00. I waited there until that time, and nobody opened the store, and I had already been waiting close to 15 minutes, so left, to avoid wasting any more time. Why such a late start time, as all other businesses were open along the boardwalk areas? I came back at 12:30, and still the store was closed! I asked someone, locally, if they knew anything about why this store wasn't open, and they said this happens, that the hours posted are sometimes not kept! It is hit and miss. Why? I had planned to come here, from before I left Ontario, as my daughter wanted some products, as I asked her what I could bring her back. Someone else seemed to be waiting, in a car, for the store to open. Waste of time!! The article I read about the owner stating that it is better to have shop open, for people to try products is better, than the competition who just do all sales on line! Sorry, but if your hours aren't consistent, the competition will win! Who wants to go to a store, that doesn't seem to care. Also, hardly any FB comments for this year, and your tweets stopped in January. No interest? Also, the first Google review on here, is by the owner, and of course she rated it 5 star, so it doesn't count!

I really loved this store, so many neat things, i but the best handcream ever, it smells like a cookie :) the staff was friendly too

So cool to have this shop in Halifax! Lots of really nice Korean and Japanese makeup and skincare goods!
