I booked with Alex, and as usual he was extremely courteous and worked his magic to book an amazing team for me…….And an amazing team it was!!! Anyone could not hope for better than Yves, Sylvain and Bernard. I was incredibly impressed with how attentive they were to, and how much care they showed for, my belongings. It was a difficult move and they made it look easy. They were so professional and friendly. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Congrats guys!!!!

This letter is to complain about the service we received on June 27th, 2020 from Intact Moving Services.The movers arrived at 2pm and left at 9:00pm! Their work was disorganized and very slow. I specifically showed them the few things I needed moved (2 bedrooms, dining room set (table- 6 chairs- commode), a couch and a few boxes. No appliances, no outdoor furniture, it was to me a simple move from a townhouse to a condo (with a reserved elevator) on the 3rd floor, 2 minutes away from my townhouse (less than 5 mins travel time). This move was quoted to me to take between and 4 hours but ended up taking over 7 hours!!!The movers were disorganized and inexperienced and caused us a lot of damage not only in my townhouse but mostly in my brand-new condo and my build in stainless steel fridge that had been installed the previous day. (see pictures).The moving team did not even have enough runners to protect my wood floors! At one point, my partner was helping to reassemble the furniture while one employee was folding blankets! I was unwrapping furniture and moving things around to facilitate their job as they seem to just drop off things in the middle blocking the passage ways.Needless to say, by 8pm, we were getting quite frustrated and just wanted them to leave even though the master bed was not assembled correctly.I expected a much higher level of service from this company, specially since I had such a great experience less than 3 years ago.We were both extremely disappointed.I was asked to pay for the services in full- but expected to get some kind of compensation for all the repairs the movers caused not to mention their lack of professionalism-poor attitude and lack of customer service even after I spoke to the owner and wrote them a detailed email with pictures showing the damage I had noticed up to that point...I will be informing my friends and family about this experience.I was very frustrating and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through this too.P.S. No precautions were taken with regards to Covid, to the point that one mover was drinking water directly from my kitchen faucet at the townhouse and again at the condo!

Had a great experience with Intact moving company for our recent move. Ty, Phil, and Juan were very professional and made the process as smooth as can be. They took the time to protect every item of furniture carefully and took the stress out of moving. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were looking for reliable and trouble-free movers to move us out of the city. We decided to hire Intact moving company after speaking to Olivier, who explained in details how the moving would go. Very attentive, courteous and he answered every preoccupations we had.On moving day, Daniel and his team arrived on time with a clean truck and all the equipment to protect our belongings. Daniel took the time to look around and ask questions to better fit our needs once we would be at our new house. He planned everything accordingly very quickly.All three moved our things with great care and it showed that they knew what they were doing. You know from the start if it's going to be a long day or not after 10 minutes of working. Well, they did amazing. They worked as a team like a precise Swiss watch mechanism. Harmony and efficiency.Not once did they complain on something. What comes to mind is professionalism, politeness, attentiveness and flawless execution.We moved several times with different moving companies. Some were not so good while others were ok, and some, just good. Intact movers were just amazing! Moving is stressful and full of surprises. They made the experience go smoothly.We highly recommend Intact moving company. They worked hard in a timely manner. They are real pro movers. Intact moving company, you are the best!

Matt, Chris and Gabriel were the BEST! Great attitude, courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. They arrived on time, carefully protected all our floors and furniture before moving everything to the truck and into our new home. As an added bonus INTACT provides boxes and packing materials, and Olivier, our sales consultant, was highly responsive and equally efficient. We moved from Montreal to Laval. All went extremely smoothly. We highly recommend INTACT, but most of all are grateful for the great team we had. Thanks again, Matt, Chris and Gabriel!

I had the best move ever with the team consisting of Philippe, Ty and Juan Carlos from Demenagement Intact/ASAP Moving. I was moving out of a second floor 7 1/2 into another one on a second floor as well. Very efficient, hard working, professional, big smile all the time, polite, etc. It was fun. Highly recommended!

It was my first time hiring movers and it was an awesome experience! Philippe, Ty and Jordan came on time, got to work ASAP, handled our belongings with care and did it all while having a good time with a positive vibe. They even went above and beyond with a last minute ask to bring some pieces into the apartment we were leaving. Everything was put where it needed to be and it made my moving day a stress-free one. This was an excellent moving experience. Bradley, Tyrique and Vincent were extremely gentle with our belongings, on time, fast, clean, and had the best positive attitude. We are so happy with our choice of choosing Intact. I would highly recommend this team to all of my friends and family. Do not look anywhere else, book them.
