This UPS store manager without feeling uncomfortable tried to convince me that the price for sending the documents I had with me between FedEx, Purolator and UPS are almost the same. It took me 15 minutes to discover his focus and figured it out that UPS was 3 times more expensive rather than others. Will never use UPS...

I give a big zero to this company, discusting customer service. Lost a package and no follow up. Get transfer to one side to the other because no one knows what they are doing. For the boxes that I did receive, they arrive in a very bad condition with holes in it and off course items missing. UPS... bad bad bad and terrible customer service. Will not recommend to any one.

The store manager refused to take an Amazon return package saying it needed more packaging and he could do it for a fee. I showed him how it was the original packaging and the UPS label was on it so if UPS was ok to ship it this way, they should be ok to ship it back. The package was not damaged the least bit. It was obvious he was trying to find an excuse to make money by charging me extra packaging. I took my package to the UPS store on cure-labelle who were happy to take it saying the don't see any issue with the packaging.

Excellent and friendly service. I had an usual shipment with irregular sized items. He took the time to repackage everything for a nominal charge to ensure it’s safe delivery.

Excellent Service. I had big and heavy items to ship to Vancouver. He (the older man) was very kind and supportive. He ensured everything was well packed and all the items arrived in Vancouver safely! Thank you so much for making it a smooth and easy process!!

I'm not quite sure why the old white haired gentleman is always in such a foul mood. He could definitely use some people skills up-training. The moment you walk in you aren't really greeted with any form of joy or empathy. Instead you get the feeling you're being a nuisance and not wanted in the store. It's not the first time I do business here, and certainly won't be the last because the location of this UPS store is convenient. However I do wish this person some happier times.

So I had forgotten some items when I visited Montreal last summer. My sister sent me via this UPS store my forgotten belongings … everything made it to me in perfect conditions. Seems the owner even helped her pack! Thank you!

Very professional. I sent some medical stuff and I was very satisfied as well as the receiver! What I like the most is the personalized service the owner makes the following up until the shipment is done, I highly recommend this ups store

I would give zero stars if possible for this con artist. Went to drop off a package for Purolator this morning and he told me there is a $10.00 fee even though it was a prepaid label. I told the guy (who has an attitude as seen on other reviews here) that I can arrange this to be picked up for free at my office (which I did without issue) and he responded well I have to pay rent. More like he is trying to pocket off unsuspecting clients. Doubt if Purolator knows of his shady practices. Avoid this place!
