Gorgeous Brows and Lashes

I had my threading with Heta. She did a very good job as I requested, and I passed very quickly even though it was a busy day. I recommend her!Jessica

The women who work here are so nice. Sometimes there is a language barrier but not enough to be able to communicate your needs. The lash technicien recommended that I get a lash perm instead and it looks amazing! She could have not suggested it and gave me the more expensive treatment (lash extensions) that I had booked for. My lashes look really nice. I also had threading done and am very happy with it. Will definitely be returning for this service next month :)

I went for my eye brow, face wax and whitening go yo facial from Darmishtha. She is very sweet and provide exceptional services. She is friendly and tries her level best to provide you with best service. I will recommend her to everyone.

I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and eyelashes lifted and tinted for my upcoming beach vacation. Heta was awesome! This was the first time I had tinting and lifting done. She kept me relaxed and focused on the final outcome. She did not disappoint. My lashes and brows have never looked better!!!

I had my eyebrows threaded last week. Heta provided quick and efficient service. I am very pleased with the new look, and it took her no time at all. I will be going back for future needs!

It was my first time at this salon, I called in advance to find out the rates for henna/Mehndi designs and the girl who answered the phone said it starts from $10 and it will be more depending on the design. The day when i went to get henna done, I had to wait in line for over an hour, because it was a busy day which I had expected, but when i asked how much the design will be? Henna artist said its going to be $1 per minute depending on how long it will take her to do it. Even though there is no sign or flyers stating it. if she decides to work slow, its the client who has to bear the consequences. I asked her to suggest a simple design that she can do in 10 mins so she selected a very basic design, I got 2 sides done, it took her 10 mins to do each hand. It should have been $20 for 2 designs. When I went to pay she charged me $35 + tax, it was busy at that time so I didn’t realize it, I paid and left as there was a lineup behind me. Once I realized, i called them within 10mins, and the one who did the henna design, her name is Lipsa, i thought she had made a mistake and charged me more, when I called, she said it took her 35 mins to do 2 designs(on 2 hands) I said No it was 20 mins, she argued and said it was 35 mins and I didn’t overcharge you, and was extremely rude and hung up. If this is your business model, advertise it properly. Don’t hustle people and scam them. Businesses run on good customer service and on return customers. I wont be going back there and I wasn’t planning to do this, but after reading some of the reviews on their page, I will definitely be reporting them. Save your money and go elsewhere for eyebrows also. While I was waiting to get services I saw how they were doing client’s eyebrows, i haven’t seen this kinda rushed and unprofessional service before. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Strongly do not recommend this place for a facial. Worst facial I ever had. The service was terrible because they didn’t do any of the procedures that you do at a facial such as lotions or even giving me a towel for my clothes. Said it would be 1hour but only lasted 30 minutes. Spent more than 100$ and it was a complete waste.

I always go to that place to do my brows and I always love them but I went one Sunday morning and there was this lady working and she was very rude with me when I was being very nice with her, she would make complaining noise with her mouth and push my hand aggressively where she wants me to hold and just rude as soon as I walked in till the end. I’m writing this review not complaining about the business it’s mostly about the customer service especially something like that it’s very important to take care of it. I hope this reaches her, it was very unappealing to deal with.

I got the hybrid lashes, was told it would last up to 3 weeks for refills, after one week my lashes desperately needed a refill. Would not recommend or go back considering the quality. Never had lashes thin so quickly.
