Canadian Place Endoscopy Clinic

Does this place answer the phone or listen to their voicemails? I can't tell you about my experience because I have called multiple times and left 2 voice-mails over the past month to schedule an appointment and nobody answers or calls me back.Edit: I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars.My visit went very well! The receptionist and nurses were awesome and created a safe welcoming environment! I saw Doctor Rai who was very kind and had a calm energy. Their anesthesiologist was also very kind and informative of the procedure. I was treated with kindness and patience and my procedure went well.Still 4 stars because of the phone situation which delayed my appointment by a month. But the care was 5 stars for sure! If you're having trouble getting through then I recommend emailing them as they are responsive on there.

I took my dad there to do his procedure and Dr. Rai and his team were so pleasant and my dad’s procedure was so fast. He didn’t have to wait long at all.The clinic is clean and receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

Many thanks for the great work with my double procedure yesterday. It was actually a pleasant experience. I felt nothing and had no after-effect whatsoever. The all staff,especially Ms Mina and Dr Rai were very helpfuland made me feel relaxed and comfortable. All recommendations!

The staffs were real friendly and nice. It was my first time And they all made m comfortable. I waited for a while to get in, ever thought I had an appointment. Other than that, it was a good experience

I would like to compliment Shabeena on her professionalism. I took my father into the clinic about two weeks ago and had the pleasure of interacting with her. Thank you for being so kind on a stressful day I had. Keep up the pleasant personality. A little goes a long way.

Wonderful clinic ! Very helpful and experience staff. The receptionist helped to fill out the forms for my mom - the doctor and nurse showed so much care and compassion. My mom was comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this clinic.

Worst possible place! Run away. Staff are incompetent and doctors DO NOT CARE! Go to a place that they CARE for your well-being. They booked appointment and cancelled 5 times and on the day of appointment he decides he doesn’t feel like seeing you!EDITED.you booked on Thursday then cancelled, booked Monday at 2:30, then 12:30, then 2:00, then 8:30 and then 1:15. You called today and said he won’t see me after ALL that. You expect a reasonable person not to raise his voice at this level of ignorance?!! No business should stay in business with this kind of carelessness and lack of respect to its customers.

Took my mom for an endoscopy here recently. Staff was incredibly friendly and warm. They made what we expected to be a pretty uncomfortable experience smooth sailing. They also had a great sense of humour!

Dr. Rai and Ms. Mina were amazing, they helped my husband get relaxed and made us feel stress-free. He had a double procedure and everything went so smoothly. The nurses were so pleasant and caring. We are so glad we found this place.All recommendations!

I've been to this clinic several times, and every visit, they've been very friendly and organized. I was there this passed Wednesday and the front receptionist was very nice and friendly. Further inside the clinic, the prep nurses were very nice, including Kelly. Highly recommend this place.
