We purchased a washer dryer combo from the brick on line. We were hesitant on doing so and were going to wait until the store opened to call the Brick. We did however click onto the online and had a very good experience with Susan P from the Moose Jaw. I think at this point she is the best person that we have ever dealt with. She was fantastic, helped us through everything, got a set that was good quality and had everything set up for us for an easy delivery for three provinces away. Thanks for all your help Susan.

Buyer Beware***My review has changed, however I posted my initial review below before experiencing the after sales support.The sales service was phenomenal, quick, fast, efficient. However, I feel abandoned by after sales. My first purchase was a couch, although the colour was not as light as compared to the online photos, it was still nice and I kept it. Then I purchased the entertainment unit. As you can see from the photos it has damage in multiple areas including the door alignment etc. I reached out for support and was told that I couldn't be helped by my sales rep. Feeling slighted, I decided to make some calls to discover that I would be passed around like I no longer mattered. This seems interesting to me because sales was easy, after sales not so easy. Unfortunately this experience has tainted my initial review below.Tricia Zyderveld was a joy to work with as she is personable and friendly. I found the online ordering system a little complicated because there was not an option to enter an existing account at check out, so I had to use the chat function (name of account hidden for privacy reasons) Tricia worked with my schedule to set up a call and process the purchase. Unfortunately, there was only one option for delivery, which was not suitable for me. The lack of delivery flexibility caused a rearrangement of resources impacting more than just me. Tricia did try to help me out and made an effort to support. I would suggest more flexible delivery dates, and create an option for an existing account to be inputted on the website for improved convenience. Tricia made my shopping experience better, other than those small frustrations, which are not a reflection of her fantastic service! We went there October 1st looking for items.An awesome lady named Beverly came to us to see if we needed help. We said Yes.We were looking for a sectional, kitchen table and chairs, flat top stove, glass coffee table and glass end table. Beverly helped us find items. We had the stove and glass coffee table and glass end table. The long part of the sectional was to long to fit in door. So October 16 we went back to the store to look for something else. Beverly found something else for us.She helped us on good prices with the manager there.She is an awesome staff member there. We keep in touch on how everything is going and when something arrives we waiting for.Beverly, if you read this, you are an awesome staff member there,and an awesome friend to us.Thank you for everything you do.Bought a bed and frame December 8th. Beverly helped us again with this purchase. We also bought bedding, pillows, and mattress protector.Thank you again Beverly at West Edmonton Mall.

I had an excellent sales experience at the WEM Brick, it honestly exceeded my expectations. I don’t usually write reviews but this was noteworthy. I hate buying mattresses so I’d already done a fair bit of research. I like that I wasn’t pressured or pushed in any fashion; just given informed answers when I chose to ask questions. Ask for Simrin or her manager Bibin. They were both exceptionally helpful. Thanks!

Shaby is my go to person for any purchase at the Brick, he is extremely knowledgeable,deal with patience and go above and beyond to help the clients. With our recent purchase of sectional,he recommended few good options and helped us in the buying process which was extremely smooth and transparent.....he even followed up after the sectional was delivered to make sure everything went well.....he is amazing!

Would've given no stars had it been possible. We walked in to try and find a mattress for our new bed. The ambiance is just... eerie and, we felt like we were being hunted. Upon entering the store we couldn't see a single employee, as we went further into the store, we could see the entire staff get up from where the were sitting and watch us from afar, like carrion birds circling a kill. It felt extremely unnerving. We went straight into the mattress section and someone asked us if we needed help. We were still browsing, so we told him so, but as we walked past a few mattress and tested them out to see if it helped our back pain, he just kept watching our every move. We eventually just felt unnerved and unwelcome and just left. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Was told they only had the floor model left so it needed to go as a love-seat & sofa set. When I told them I was purchasing one item as it was marked sperately and then pressed the manager he magically found boxed stock (3rd attempt). Because of their behaviour I believe they were low on stock and protecting it for those wanting sets. I certainly don’t believe what I was being told as they talked in circles. I’ll file a consumer complaint as I think they are playing games. Ruined my Saturday morning. MARK ITEMS AS INTENDED!!! I might return the sofa as it was an unpleasant experience.

Another smooth purchase from Angelo Talarico. Angelo has been at the Brick for about 40yrs. You don't get rid of good people and Angelo is at the top. He understands your needs and does his utmost best to fulfill them. You can purchase items anywhere, even at hardware stores but I guarantee that they don't care as much as Angelo does. Buy with confidence at the Brick. Honest fair pricing from people that care about your purchase. I will be back.
