TJX Canada - American Drive Distribution Centre ( ADC)

Good but to Randstad employees they can layoff anytime and many times they send back the employees to their homes after 3 hours of shift , so not a secure job . I myself is layed off by Randstad and Tjx 3 weeks ago and they mailed me don't come until they mail me. My contract is renewed until April but they are not calling me to work and paying nothing while I'm at home

Nice Good and very safe place to work, lunch room is very comfortable and convenient for everyone,,security guards is everywhere to remind safety protocol

The department of food distribution, Henry the supervisor. He doesn't have respect for Anyone and disrespect people working there.

I used to be a frequent winners and home sense shopper. Recently in Mississauga I had two horrible in store experiences where I was told “just call customer service”. Be aware that you can find the same items online or in other stores for less! Not sure how they price their items but they will not price match. Brand names for less is clearly false advertising. I called customer service and spoke with Keerthana who wouldn’t provide me the contact info for the district manager. Is this private info? I wanted to reach out to DM George myself but was told that my info will be passed to the customer service manager. I asked if I could speak with the customer service manager, and was told the manager was on vacation. I then asked to speak to a back up manager and there was none. Completely rediculous. Keerthana took my info and said the manager will call me. It’s been well over two month and I still haven’t received a call back. I hope district manager George reads this because if I’m told to call customer service, they are even worse than the mangers at the stores, with no one to speak to. You have lost my business.

TJX is a very nice place to work. There are a lot of workers who are nice and interactive. It is a fast paced environment but easy to cope with.

Bad experience with one of the security gaurd named Tushar. He is very rude. He even himself don't follow covid 19 protocols. He don't know how to talk with staff.

Very bad experience, during shift break time,all employees are sitting at more than 6 feet distance, if anybody sitting without mask at chairs during break , security take name to supervisor. This is our break, we are at more than 6 feet ,still security have problems. Also , during break we can eat only or respond to our calls only by wearing mask at our seats. We are not a prison of covid 19 . This is 3rd phase of reopening now . BUT STILL TJX, looks like in phase 1 of reopening. Total Disappointed

People have been working at this location for very long timeNot a bad place to work... But it's kinda fast pace environment as per their employees!Some policies are kinda stupid but it is what it is!
