King Street Parkade

Dark dingy all fearfully parkingGo elsewhere...on street.Free parking for an hour....I'd rather pay then be hit by the hustlers

Great lot, very convenient and centrally located. My only complaint is that they do not let the drivers know that there may be oncoming traffic when leaving due to the construction on the nearby roadway! I've seen one too many near accidents due to the irrationality of the drivers pulling out of the parkade like bats out of hell. Just a little notice would go a VERY long way. Overall, a great place to park downtown, very well lit at night, staff are okay.

Easy to find for a newcomer to town. Have not paid for my parking yet, as first hour is free. Multiple floors of parking available to use. Elevator available if stairs are not your thing. Convenient parking for anything downtown

It's dusty and dirty. The security guards don't seem to secure much. Signs posted everywhere saying they are not responsible for anything that happens to your car or possessions. Which seems to mean that people are frequently attacked and robbed here. The parking spots are small and uncomfortable. Most walls and objects lack clear, visible, and uniform safety markings. The back alley network attached to this place gives thieves and assaulters an easy escape. The location is near downtown and can be useful when no street parking is available. The upper levels have been closed for some reasons. The view from the top floor is decent but has no pedestrian space.

Stairways smell and the parkade is filled w birds and their droppings during the summer. Feels unsafe during dark hours, especially in the stairwells. Free parking after 7 and on weekends. Decent location to make most of downtown a walkable distance.

Great place to park in town. I especially like the fact that after 6 p.m. they don't make you pay

Park here before heading to work everyday. Great security and not too bad in price.
