I ordered a bunch of LVP and LVT. I was short on my takeoffs so I ordered more. Then they had a fire. With the exception of a few days delay given my order was damaged in the fire they were able to replace the damaged flooring within a few days. Ali was instrumental in making this a reality. The Hardwood Outlet in Ottawa was a fantastic company to deal with. Right from the start we had friendly professional service. They assisted us with finding the perfect hardwood to match our stairs that were previously installed for our entire top level (hallway and bedrooms). They had excellent prices and their prices were lower compared to their competitors for install, product and carpet removal for the same product which was incredible!The installers were extremely professional and hardworking and great to deal with. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this company to anyone as we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Had The Hardwood Outlet Flooring do the hardwood in my new home. I ended up going with there Lauzon product line up. The staff were very helpful and made choosing between the colors I had in mind easy. They took the time to explain certain parts of the process I did not understand.Install was flawless. Highly skilled installers made the flooring look amazing even with challenging cutouts around my cultured stone fireplace. Our installer were very helpful and ensured the site was left spotless before there crew left. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied.I asked the manager (Moustafa) to take some pictures of the store in order if someone else needs to see the store virtually.

When our usual flooring store couldn’t commit to getting the hardwood we needed to finish a project we started 3 years ago, we went to the Hardwood Outlet. We found not one, but two close matches. The order for flooring and nosings was made with an expected delivery date of about 3 weeks. The order was received on time and is a perfect match for what we already have in our home. Moustafa and his team did a great job on a rush order we needed done before moving into our new house. 1500 ft of Hardwood was supplied and Installed in a spam of less then 3 weeks. After 3 months, now, the floors looks Amazing! Very reasonably priced as well. The job came in at $1400 less than we had been quoted by another highly renowned company who had told us they wouldn't be able to do any better. Thanks Guys.

A nice variety of selections in all reasonable price ranges! The staff I dealt with, were polite & knowledgeable. Weren’t bothered, and had answers to, each of my questions. Also was great to have large samples to take home with me.

Excellent products and service! The staffs (Hussein and Moustafa) are very friendly and helpful in answering the inquires and sharing their suggestions. For the installation project, they mainly focused on the quality rather than speed (and this was exactly what I wanted them to do). It took about 4 days to finish the project, but the process ran smoothly without any delay or unexpected surprise, and the quality was indeed very good -- I'm quite happy with the floor they installed! Overall, I'm completely satisfied with their jobs!

I made a good decision to buy my hardwood flooring from The Hardwood floor Outlet. They have so many choices so I can take my time select the color that matching my staircases.
