After months of lower back pain and ineffective chiropractic treatments, I was very fortunate to be treated at Acu-Pain clinic. Jacqui, the therapist/owner certainly has the knowledge, experience and a very gentle touch that helped my condition tremendously. And, while this is not a spa, I loved the special touches like the relaxing music and lavender scented eye pillow. Thank you.

I have been suffering fromsciatica for more than a year . Tried a number of acupuncturists and physiotherapists . Finally found Jacqui who is able to instantly and confidently identify the issue and root cause and applied the right treatment to relieve. Jacqui is able to ask the right questions, explain clearly and very caring how u r taking the treatment during the process. She is also v responsive to emails and calls. I have recommended her to my family and she is able to help them too. 5 star experience for me.

Jacqui truly has the gift of healing! I was a hard core smoker for 27 years and was able to quit cold turkey with Jacqui’s help. And the treatment is quick - 3 visits over the course of a week. She can treat the irritability and all the other withdrawal symptoms so you’re not really suffering.After my treatment, I found out that she actually treats my mother’s friends for a variety of ailments like vertigo and arthritis and they think she’s a miracle worker too!In short, Jacqui should be awarded the title of Markham’s town healer because she really is that amazing at helping people!

Was treated for wrist tendonitis. After reading the good reviews, I decided to give acupuncture a try. Very pleased and impressed with the results. Jacqui is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She also provides a quiet, clean, and zen atmosphere. I would say I'd go back, but I don't think I need to:)

Jacqui is very professional, knowlegable and friendly. The Acu-Pain Clinic has a warm, inviting, and peaceful atmosphere. We were a little skeptical at first but Jacqui's treatments were VERY effective. We saw immediate results after our first treatment here. We definitely recommend coming here!

Jacqui is amazing. Have been seeing her for 15 years and she never ceases to amaze me! Her acupuncture knowledge is hands down the best. Not sure why I go to the dr because they never fix me but Jacqui always does!!

Jacqui is an excellent acupuncturist! She is extremely attentive, professional, caring and provides exceptional service. I really appreciate that she goes to great lengths to ensure her clients are comfortable. The clinic is immaculate, and welcoming. I am happy she is local!
