Wow! Spent hours shopping online and when you finally get to the checkout page, apparently they are not shipping to Quebec? Like seriously? And this is own by Canadian Tire? This is a real joke. NO WHERE on the website they mention they don't ship to Quebec, and this is a Canadian website owned by Canadian Tire?Maybe a pop-up or message would be great when you get a QC IP address no? What a waist of time and really frustrating experience.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped locate a hard to find collection and in my size. Allowed me to use another shirt to fit a zip up. Everyone was friendly and kind and was willing to help. Clean store. Great staff. Prices were surprisingly better than their competitors. Very pleased with this location and my visit.

The manager is RUDEWhen I went in to make a return there was a sign on the door that read they would not be accepting returns until 3 days later. I went in anyways to find out why. The manager said it was because they were having a massive sales event and it was too busy. I asked “so you then randomly decide not to accept returns?” And told her I live far from the store. She exclaimed “randomly!? Have you walked through the store? It’s a mess!” And then told the cashier to do the return. I said thank you. The manager was beyond rude in her tone, body language, facial expression, and choice of words. The cashier who processed the return was also rude. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this store location.

Amazing service! The employees were very knowledgable and helped me find the perfect sports wear for my endurance runs. There's also a running track in the store. I strongly recommend going here for sports related equipment.

Your store needs to update the prices to match online...Bought a winter jacket a week ago ,went on sale yesterday for half price. Went to the store and they still had original prices on tags, returned it and re purchased ans saved 169.50$.I'm just baffled why you wouldn't put sale price on items since most will not buy at original price without rewards offer like I had.
