Good service and prices

The man/men I spoke with over the phone and in person were quite rude and condescending (as a young woman, I know when I’m being talked-down to because it happens a lot and it’s unacceptable). I was very upset about my interactions and ended up picking my car up a couple of hours after I dropped it off before it was even looked at. I understand that this is a demanding and hectic work environment, but I deserve respect. Do not recommend this place.

Bought new tires for my wife’s car. Two months later one tire was flat. They told me it was in the sidewall and couldn’t be fixed. Not warrantied either! They said we must have hit something with the tire. I went home and put the winter tires on the car. When I removed the tires I found that another tire had a big bulge in the sidewall. So broken belts in the tire, defective tire and probably why the line was discontinued. They tried to sell me one single tire from a different manufacturer and said that would be fine. Worse service I have ever had from a tire shop. Never again!

At first I placed an appointment request for this location online through the website. Received confirmation that someone would contact me to confirm the appointment. A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything.Ended up calling the location and mentioned that I had put in an appointment request through the website and they told me that they don't actually use that part of the system. Ok, so I asked then if I could book an appointment. They asked what I wanted done and where I got the tires. I told them Canadian Tire, and they continued from there to tell me that they don't recommend or take appointments from people that have purchased tires elsewhere, as they have had issues in the past. I tried to reason with the fellow that I wouldn't cause a fuss if something was wrong, but he didn't seem to want the business and actually ended up hanging up on me.I had previously dealt with OK Tire in Baden Ontario and they were amazing with service, but needless to say that this was a very poor experience and I will not recommend this particular location for tires or service.

The service was horrible. He yelled at me about the timing of the appointment that they booked the day before. He accused me driving the car everywhere like that. Not Not true I did not. He made me cry. No customer service skills. He was a bully. All I needed was one tier changed as one nut was stripped. It took him 8 minutes to fix it. Never again. Be ware of this nasty owner.

Excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find whatever your looking for. Will give you a pretty good price if you ask. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully nice and intelligent people working in a well equipped and designed shop! Couldn’t ask for better service - they’re quick, talented, efficient and honest!

Very poor scheduling. Very poor customer service. Three strikes you're out.

did severe damage to our vehicle during scheduled repairs... admitted 100% to doing the damage. told us they would come clean and make the necessary repairs for the damage caused by them. 2 days later they said they only told us that to get us out of their store. no parts ordered and no intention to fix anything... ok so legal route we go, including better business bureau report. shop locally they say, support our hurting businesses they say... i say let this one sink!! and then maybe someone more responsible, customer friendly and obviously more qualified might be able to make a go of it. this business has zero integrity... if you take your vehicle for repairs here, know that 100% of the liability for their screw ups is 100% on you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND using STURGEON TIRE/OK TIRE for any repairs. instead go 2 doors down to GUY'S REPAIRS for all your mechanical and tire repair needs
