I was hired through an employment agency and worked there for 2 weeks. They let me go because I “asked too many questions’’ which is normal for a starter. I have let go a full time job because I thought Romet was a good move. Please don’t work for these guys, they will let you go in a matter of second without a warning. They make fun of new people simply because they are new. They would make you feel unqualified,unappreciated and not welcomed for a job that anyone can do.

Worst company to work for. They'll treat you based on their mood and personal issues. They’ll talk down at you and call it “ transparency” very unprofessional and zero respect. When you try to discuss any misunderstanding they will flip everything on you and make it seem Like they’re doing you a favour by hiring you. They have zero training material and will ask you to ask as many questions but then will get mad at you if you do. And if you don’t ask questions about your job they’ll say you’re “over confident” and you’re faking how to do the job? LolWeirdest company I’ve ever worked for. Please don’t waste your time.

Worst company to work, they don't even give earplugs rather they say to wash them and use again. Even gloves are more expensive than gold for these guys. I mean cmon. Treat their employees like robots, what else to say!!Don't even think of working here.
