- Asked multiple times to pick up medication all together, yet still unable to do so despite them running out at the same time. (For context, if I abruptly stop my medication, I start feeling very sick within 24 hours)- Accidentally doubled my dosage for a month; the crash following was horrendous. Note: I'm lucky that my medication doesn't interact too strongly - i.e. could've potentially caused seizures depending on the combination of medication.- Unclear communication.

I had a nice experience taking my COVID shoot and flu shot. I booked in advance. No problems and the people there were polite and fast.

Came in for my covid booster shot. The staff needed to administer the injection did not make it in today. The pharmacy didn't even bother to let their appointments know not to come in. Pharmacist at the front told me he has no idea what is going on. Extremely unprofessional.

The female pharmacist does not ask for insurance. She is not very kind and I feel like she tries to trick you into paying more for your medications

I was getting an over the counter drug and they tried to sell one from 'their counter behind' which was $16 when I could have other options that range from $4-8. Just be aware when you buy non prescription drugs. They did not welcome questions nor provided good intruction on how to use. Not going back.
